Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Teramo

Our stay at Daniela’s was fantastic, if we were not just passing through for one night we would have loved to stay longer. Next time we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Casa Barbara is a beautiful place to stay! Check-in was very easy, Barbara contacted us very early and informed us what the next steps were. Any questions were answered in detail and promptly. Alba Adriatica is a beautiful place, everything is around the corner. We felt comfortable!

The place was close to the beach. Likewise, the shopping is nearby. Mara was very accommodating, always easily accessible and we felt very comfortable. The property is as described and offers everything you need.

Fantastic place! We were 5 people and had plenty of space in the rooms and common spaces. Beautiful apartment with AC and all comforts. The host was very welcoming and available at any time!

Great scenery, view. Beautiful place, very clean and well maintained. Also good value for the money (we were there in April, so not in peak season). Unlike mentioned in Airbnb, there’s no dishwasher and microwave. However all the rest easily makes up for that. We would gladly come back!

We loved Sheila’s house, it’s spacious and perfect for a group travelling together. The furniture is modern and the place is super central in Giulianova, you can walk to the main road and to the beach. She has also been amazing in communicating with us both right after the booking and during the stay itself. If there is only one bit of advice I could give is improving the appearance of the balcony, because the house really does look amazing, while the balcony could do with a bit of maintenance (but again, this is just some constructive feedback, we loved the place!)

Sandra's accommodation is really great for spending a few days at the beach with the family and small children. The house is small but cozy, well-equipped and fresh. The air conditioning, the washing machine and the dishwasher made our stay even more pleasant and relaxing. The small terrace on the ground floor is also excellent for dining on hot days because it is pleasantly ventilated. The pine forest to cross to reach the beach turned out to be a pleasant walk every time. Absolutely recommended!!

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

My partner and I stayed at the Cat House from 8/7 to 8/17 2024. The house is located on the hill a few kilometers from Atri, a beautiful city of art that dominates the area. The house includes a comfortable bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom with all the comforts and a space with a refrigerator. The added value is the lush and very well-kept garden where it is a pleasure to have an aperitif overlooking the sea. Strategic location since it allows you to be by the sea in a few minutes but also to easily reach the main arteries that lead in a short time to the parks of Majella and Gran Sasso. Thanks to our host Errico we were able to enjoy the wonderful hospitality that characterizes the people of this region. It filled us with tips and we established a relationship of sincere friendship that led us to spend a lot of time together. We could never have imagined such a warm welcome. We were enchanted. We will definitely be back

On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Emanuele's brother, Federico. He showed us around the apartment and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment was "sparkling clean" and clean, everything you needed was available. In short, a great place to stay with nothing to complain about. In the "courtyard", or in the outdoor area, our dog was able to move freely after the long drive and we relax comfortably. The location of the property is very close to the sea and many restaurants. We highly recommend this place and thank Emanuele and his two brothers for the hospitality.

The cottage in the woods - Rustico Ceppino - we can say that it is truly a lovely place. Immersed in nature, but still close to essential services. Charming for the silence and peace it conveys... you can only hear the sound of birds and the leaves of the trees moving in the wind. Perfect accommodation also for our dog who ran around the fenced garden hunting for lizards, for the pool that welcomed us in moments of relaxation, entertaining our 6-year-old son a lot and finally for the bbq that allowed us to grill kebabs at will. Roberto is a very helpful and courteous person. The house has everything, even board games that we used to play in the evenings under the porch. For our first vacation in Abruzzo, we can only say that we will definitely return. Everything perfect! Thanks Roberto. ☺️

What a wonderful, peaceful place. The property has everything you need and decorated with style. Outside you are surrounded by flowers. We shall miss having our breakfast overlooking the stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and listening to all the birdsong, or watching the sun go down at the end of the day. It’s a great location for exploring most areas of the Sibillini national park or for popping into Ascoli Piceno. Dori is the perfect host: very welcoming, thoughtful and attentive. She warned us of a road closure and booked us a table at the local restaurant. We aso met the owners who were delightful.

A modern and very clean apartment with all the conveniences, quiet neighbourhood, great views from the terrace, easy parking, very helpful attendant and located about 10 min drive from a nice beach, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended for those looking for an active holiday combined with some work.

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

What an amazing place! You find yourself in a beautiful villa, surrounded by a well groomed garden with pond with lilies and jumping cute frogs. I stayed in the attic, but Felice and his brother and dad completely renovated and modernised the place. It’s very comfortable, you have your own kitchen with everything you need, huge bathroom and bedroom. And my car was parked on the property. Hosts are very friendly, respectful and respond to all inquiries. Will definitely come back! Thank you, Felice!

We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!
