In the immediate area there are also cafes and other shops. The property has many green common areas and a large free parking lot.

The house is a 5 minute walk from the S-train station and 15 minutes drive from Copenhagen city center. There is a forest and beach within biking distance. There are shopping and restaurant options within bike and walking distance. We would like to point out that we have a very friendly dog that can be in the garden when we are at home
