In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Recently refurbished penthouse in a traditional Austrian mountain house. The flat is finished to the highest standards with an amazing view over all of Salzburg and its surrounding mountains. Amenities include wifi, off-road parking, washing machine, fully stocked kitchen with Nespresso machine and dishwasher. There is also an ample desk for working from home set-up. Beautiful well-kept apartment with old parquet floors on the first floor of a house from 1938. The apartment consists of a bedroom (bed 180 cm), living room, bathroom and cloakroom. A cozy arbor is available in front of your entrance door. The apartment is furnished as I like it when I am a guest: In the wardrobe there is space for two large suitcases, there are many ways to hang things. The atmosphere is colorful, individual and playful.

Garconniere in private house

We are renting a Garconniere in a private house in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in the basement of the house. The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.

Unsere wunderschön sanierte Einliegerwohnung liegt im zentralen aber sehr ruhigen Stadtteil Salzburg-Aigen und wir freuen uns euch dort begrüßen zu dürfen! Die Innenstadt erreicht man bequem mit dem Bus oder der S-Bahn in wenigen Minuten, die Stationen erreichst Du zu Fuß in 7 min. Neben der Nähe zur Stadt ist die Wohnung ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge oder Radtouren im Naherholungsgebiet rund um den Gaisberg.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Though located in pure nature, this appartement is only 4km away from the center of Salzburg. Close to this place you can explore the beauty of the region "Salzkammergut" with its mountains and lakes. A special highlight of this appartement are the two terraces - at one you can enjoy the sunset with free view to Salzburg city and the other offers a panoramaview to mountain Nockstein/Gaisberg.
