If you prefer to escape from the city the Elbe sandstone mountains are reachable in just 45 minutes to hike, climb or simply enjoy the nature.

Welcome to Possendorf. The property is located on a side street, which branches off from the B170 federal highway. The rooms are located in the converted basement of the detached house. In front of it, a covered outdoor seating area is available. The furnishings are new and functional. You can reach the living room with corner sofa and TV and small kitchen, the bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet via a separate entrance.

A ground floor apartment with a special relaxing effect. The apartment, which is over 50 m², offers everything you need to switch off for a few days/weeks. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

Beautiful new apartment in the countryside. Large private terrace with seating and barbecue facilities. The accommodation is next to a riding courtyard, in the neighboring village there is a large outdoor swimming pool and in 20 minutes you are in Saxon Switzerland or in beautiful Dresden. The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

The apartment is located near the Elbe in a rear building with a cozy Mediterranean-style outdoor area. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes by tram. So, if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city and still want to be in the center quickly, you are welcome to stay.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

Summer in our vacation apartment in the Erzgebirge

Up to 4 people can enjoy their relaxing vacation in the apartment. It is about 32 square meters and includes a living/sleeping room equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a small kitchen and another bedroom (also ideal for one to two children). A delicious breakfast can be served for an extra charge of €12.00 per person.

The detached apartment is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in the second row in a property surrounded by venerable trees. Directly opposite is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes walk or by tram (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11 etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away to reach.
