A lovingly renovated old apartment with a feel-good atmosphere from the first moment, fantastic view to the front of the lake, to the rear of the old brickyard. The apartment lacked nothing, super equipped kitchen, the shower with homemade tiles, in every corner a beautiful detail for the eye to discover. The old room doors with the door sills radiate a lot of comfort. Everywhere there are Beate's homemade tiles for decoration, so beautiful! The furniture is very original, not off the shelf, but with its own charm, complemented by matching pillows, blankets, wall colors. The only thing is that the bed could be a little wider, but this is not possible due to the window. Beate is an excellent hostess, who finds it very important that her guests feel comfortable. She is one of those people you think you've known forever from the first moment you meet. A holiday apartment to fall in love with, not an impersonal standard apartment as is so often the case

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, newly furnished apartment! The space was modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Everything looked brand new and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect. Central, yet peaceful, in a safe and welcoming neighborhood. Having secure parking was a huge bonus and made everything so convenient. Anne was a truly wonderful host. Warm, responsive, and attentive to every detail. She made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable stay in a great area. I would absolutely stay here again!

The accommodation is so cozy that we almost didn't want to leave. Everything you need was there and so tastefully and modernly furnished. The beds, with 2 separate mattresses, were very comfortable. The balcony is a nice size and faces southwest. We also had a rainy day and were able to enjoy it very well in this great accommodation (TV with all the programs you need). The kitchen is equipped like at home. Everything is there! In addition, the train station (with direct connections to Berlin center) is only 1.2 km away. Otherwise, we were on the road a lot with our bikes and were able to park them in a bicycle shed in the wide courtyard. Overall, we would like to rent this beautiful apartment again at any time. It was idyllic. I went hiking and had a lot of fun. The last day was very hot and I made myself comfortable in the cool house and relaxed in the shade outside in between. There are mosquito nets everywhere, so the house is insect-free. I'd love to come back. Thx

We liked the place, a small and cozy apartment with a beautiful interior, as well as this lovely balcony where we spent a lot of time☺️ The apartment had everything you need to stay and cook, which made us very happy. Also a very friendly hostess who showed us everything and told us about all the necessary things. The apartment is located in a lovely small town, we were delighted. The city itself has all the shops and restaurants you need, affordable transport to get to interesting places. There is an unpleasant side, it was very cold in the apartment, our stay was in December. We were saved by extra blankets that were in the apartment and warm pajamas :)

We had a very nice weekend on Florian's houseboat. The communication was fast and friendly, we were able to check in earlier and check out later, which made us very happy. We had food with us to make a daily breakfast with fried egg, oil, salt, pepper were available. We had our SUP with us and paddled to the Werder peninsula in 30 minutes. There you can take a walk, eat ice cream or have dinner. We also tried the Italian near the boathouse, which Florian recommended to us, and were very satisfied. We had two good nights, the bed is small but very cozy and cuddly. We liked being awakened in the morning by the waves and the sounds of the water. We highly recommend this ship to every boat and water lover and those who want to become one 😀

The apartment is top. Everything clean, fully equipped and as shown in the pictures. Contact and check in/out was very easy. The area is very quiet and private. Recommended!
