The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the “Moosrain” stop, which is only 2 minutes away, to Tegernsee or Munich. The apartment, with a separate entrance, is on the 2nd floor and was newly and modernly furnished. Everything with a lot of love for detail. A parking space is available right outside the building.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

This cozy apartment impresses with its very good location right on Lake Tegernsee. The separate entrance in the traditional Tegernsee country house conveys a cozy atmosphere. From the couch you have a view of the lake, e.g. with evening sun. St. Quirin is located between Gmund and Tegernsee and is the ideal base for many activities. A public swimming area with a small lawn is about 300 meters away. Hikes from the front door are perfect.

A beautiful, detached vacation home awaits you with a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Tegernsee, a private jetty to the lake, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living room with an electric gas fireplace and gallery, a bathroom and a bedroom with double bed/ sofa bed. In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.

Former carpentry shop in Bad Tölz

We converted my father's former carpentry shop into two apartments. One of them is reserved for you. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. Between the individual bookings (arrival and departure), a day's break is taken to have enough time for the measures.
