The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the "Moosrain" stop, which is only 2 minutes away, to Tegernsee or Munich. The apartment, with a separate entrance, is on the 2nd floor and has been newly and modernly furnished. Everything with a lot of love for detail. A parking space is available right in front of the house.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. Our bright and friendly apartment has a direct view of Lake Tegernsee and is in the immediate vicinity of the Monte Mare Seesauna. The pier of the cruise is opposite as well as a public parking lot, which, however, only allows half an hour of free parking and then is very expensive at €8 per hour. An alternative to this is the central parking lot Tegernsee.
