Lovingly and newly furnished apartment in Gmund / Moosrain. The vacation apartment is in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle and yet only 3.5 km from swimming in Lake Tegernsee. The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the "Moosrain" stop, which is only 2 minutes away, to Tegernsee or Munich. The apartment, with a separate entrance, is on the 2nd floor and has been newly and modernly furnished. Everything with a lot of love for detail. A parking space is available right in front of the house.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Lakefront apartment

Our bright and friendly apartment has a direct view of Lake Tegernsee and is in the immediate vicinity of the Monte Mare Seesauna. The pier of the cruise is opposite as well as a public parking lot, which, however, only allows half an hour of free parking and then is very expensive at €8 per hour. An alternative to this is the central parking lot Tegernsee.
