Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

A small public swimming area is a 4-minute walk away. Hiking and cycling trails are right at your doorstep, and the valley station of the Grünberg cable car can be reached in a 10-minute walk. The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike via a beautiful path along the lake.

Greetings from beautiful Gmunden! Our house is very central. The house has two separate apartments. The Airbnb apartment has a large garden, two bedrooms, bathroom incl. There is a possibility to park the car in front of the house for free. From us, the public transport, the city center, great restaurants and our beautiful Traunsee (10 min walk) are away. In summer with a bikini and in winter with skis, everything is easily accessible. We look forward to it! Family Kaya

Charming Apartment in the center of Gmunden. Inmidst the region of European Culture Capital "salz kammer gut 2024" Our apartment is located in the historical center of Gmunden. Only steps away is the city hall square facing Traunsee lake. Within a few minutes you will find numerous shops and restaurants or cafes and a supermarket in the old town. The apartment has a living-dining room and one bedroom with king size bed (180x200) and a bathroom with toilet.
