In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

Welcome to MIMI's Lakeside Loft – freshly renovated in 2026, located just 20 meters from Lake Traunsee and right in the heart of Gmunden. This stylish loft features a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and fridge, as well as a modern bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Only 30 meters away is a public underground car park, paid parking is available right in front of the house.

From our apartment, which is located off the main road directly on the edge of the forest, you can walk to the center of Traunkirchen in 15 minutes, and also to other shops, a bakery and the doctor with an attached pharmacy in 15 minutes. The train station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes, and a bus stop in 10 minutes. Public swimming areas in the Winkl district and in the center of Traunkirchen are also a few minutes away.

Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.
