The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. Welcome to our cozy guest house in Malden, located in the vicinity of various forest and nature areas such as the Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen and the Reichswald. Nijmegen city center (8 km) is 15-20 minutes away. A bus stop with direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station is 75 meters from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are within walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive.

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.
