The house with approx. 120 square meters of living space is located in a traffic-calmed street in the village center of Asperden (old German: Ospere) near Goch and only 3 km from the Dutch border. If you want to relax, this is the place for you. This is the place to slow down, cook together, play and enjoy mild summer evenings on the terrace. It is also the perfect base for cycling and hiking tours on the Lower Rhine, discoveries in the border region and festivals in the surrounding.

In our second apartment there is plenty of space for the whole family. There is a bedroom with extra toilet in the attic on the 2nd floor. In front of it is a large open space with a sofa bed, play corner and desk. On the first floor is a huge room with a kitchenette, living room, wood-burning stove and a large bathroom with bathtub. Here, too, the sofa can be used as a bed. If you go up the separate staircase outside to the apartment, you will come to a very nice roof terrace.

The apartment is in the district of Schneppenbaum in the municipality of Bedburg-Hau. Ideal for bike tours on the lower Lower Rhine. It is quietly centrally located, supermarkets and bakers as well as a forest are within walking distance. The apartment is about 70 m² and has a new spacious kitchen, dining area for four people, comfortable sofa for relaxing and watching TV, a bedroom with double bed and enough space for a child's extra bed.
