The 7th stage of the *Malerweg* hiking trail passes directly by the house. This cozy and spacious holiday apartment (55 sq m) is located on the ground floor of a house (built in 1900) in the district of Pfaffendorf. The apartment is nicely spacious and airy. Thanks to the many windows, it is not only flooded with light and friendly when the sun shines, but also cosy through the wood-burning stove. The one bedroom is a little bigger and has – matching the Elbe sandstone mountains – a great flair thanks to an exposed old sandstone wall. The other is wonderfully bright. Both bedrooms have reading lamps. The dove blue and white tiled bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink and shower.

Large flat is placed in the city center, it´s a perfect point to set off to anywhere you want. It is 4 floor without lift in old house. At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.
