This place is so nice and friendly, There are a beautiful backyard and beautiful views with big trees, We had so good time there And the kitchen had everything that you need and the beds were so comfortable and clean

This location was perfect for us! We love to visit Lake Tahoe. Our daughters live in Reno so we drove easily up to visit them during our stay or they met up with us. The scenery was amazing. Views surround you that are just breathtaking. We enjoyed Scootch welcoming us whenever he could. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. Everything we needed was there to cook our breakfast. Even the fresh eggs. We have recommended this location to many friends showing them how amazing it is.

The cottage was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Melissa provided great recommendations and was very responsive whenever we had a question. It’s about a 50 min drive from the cottage to the entrance of Yosemite.

The cottage was very nice, with great views, tall ceilings, huge sliding glass doors, and perfectly set up for two couples. It was extremely clean! We had a great stay!

Suzanne’s cottage is super charming and comfortable! The grounds are gorgeous, the bed is comfy, and there were so many thoughtful touches. She knew it was our anniversary and left a bottle of champagne for us in the fridge, we had our kids with us, so she left smores makings. It’s definitely a small space, but we were there for just one night, and it was fine for our family of 4 with the kids sharing the futon. The new a/c unit kept us cool inside. We had fun watching frogs on the lily pad pond and feeding the chickens. This was a great spot for an overnight getaway, and we will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Christine's ranch. The cabin is very comfortable. The ranch is expansive, and as guests we were free to walk around it. Christine kindly toured us around so we could then explore on our own. The swimming hole is not yet full but we enjoyed spending a day at the river, and the natural spring hot tub is amazing. If we had more time, there's so many lakes and waterfalls and hikes to take around their area, but we'll just have to come back! PS if driving up from the Bay Area, plan on extrav1-2 hrs extra driving time in the spring and summer on the state routes due to road construction.

My family was in town for my wedding and Dan/Cheryl were flexible with me. They allowed my brother to bring his small dog to the house which was great. My family all got in early and they allowed us to check in at noon which was a huge help. They loved the house and it looked really cute when I came by. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful surroundings allowed for wonderful sunset and sunrise walks to see cute animals and blooming plant life. Very cute and comfortable yurt space. This was our first time in David and it was so so memorable.

Kellie's place was perfect for my crew. House was spacious, clean and cozy, Host was great. Great place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious clean welcoming lodge with a great outdoor dining and seated area. Midpines cabin was fully equipped with everything you need. Sharon was super helpful and responsive Thanks for a great stay.

The loft was beyond amazing. We have stayed in many airbnbs but this has been the cleanest, most pristine place we have ever stayed. Highly recommend it.

We had the most wonderful time at Deanna’s place. She welcomed us so warmly and made the experience so special. My kids LOVED feeding the animals and meeting week-old baby bunnies, swimming in the fabulous pool, playing with the copious and pristine age appropriate toys Deanna left out for us, and just relaxing as a family in this beautiful place. The adults loved it too. I felt so relaxed and happy here. We hope to visit again before too long!

The Bonanza Ranch was a great place to come home to after a great hike in Yosemite because it felt like home. The home was clean and very comfortable with all the amenities you would need. The home is located in a quiet area with bright sun filled rooms, game room and a a great hot tub to view the sunsets!! Also great to see wildlife in the yard. The main town is minutes away with restaurants and supermarkets and a beautiful scenic drive to Yosemite. Throughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive and thrilled they shared their home with us. We will be back again.

Perfect place near Yosemite Park! Very exotic environment and great quality of accommodation in the middle of nature!

What a great listing! Linda's farm stay was just what I was looking for--equidistant to Chico and Oroville and easily accessible but quiet and in the country. Felt right at home! Comfortable and peaceful.

We picked Courtney’s house due to its location between two entrances of Yosemite. Courtney communicated with us throughout our reservation and our stay. The home was warm and inviting, had all the amenities needed, and luxurious bedding!! We were on a tour of California with our daughter, our granddaughter and of course my husband, and we were celebrating 3 milestone birthdays. Upon arrival we found cupcakes from a local bakery along with the nicest note left wishing us the best on celebrating with this beautiful trip!! Now that is how to kick off a trip!! I truly love my stays at the Serenity House. It is always such a special place for our small groups and this was our 3rd time returning. The land is beautiful and serene, the home has everything we need, and the beds are so comfy. Spending quiet moments sitting on the porch while watching the horses and chickens play is a highlight. Mai and Andrew are always so communicative and helpful if anything ever arises. We cannot wait to return again and I can't recommend this special place enough.

Top Story is top-notch. Really well equipped kitchen with thoughtful extras like a Keurig coffee machine and pods and compostable plastic ziplocks for your picnic lunches. Comfortable beds. Fine wi-fi. Well-stocked bathroom (although the shower is a bit small). Nice design sense. The little touches like home-made baked goods and a welcome basket are definitely a plus. Wendy was both very pleasant and responsive. Would definitely chose Top Story for a Loyalton stay.

I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and just enjoy the simple pleasures of life

We loved our stay in Lodi! The home was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. It had exceptional features. The layout was lovely, and the rooms were very large and comfortable. I wish we could have cooked in the beautiful kitchen! The surrounding area was absolutely beautiful! The grounds were full of vineyards and flowers. The outside sitting areas were lovely as well. Highly recommend this unique home!

The cabin is beautiful. It looks just like the pictures. Peaceful, clean, and convenient location for visiting Yosemite. Host is responsive and friendly. Had a wonderful stay and hope to be back someday!

Brandon’s place was so cozy. While it was a bit further than what we were expecting from the activities we had planned, the place was private and beautiful. He was responsive as well, but had clear direction and instructions that no questions came up! I would definitely recommend the cozy cottage - if you like wine, you have LOTS of beautiful vineyards to choose from!
