We loved our stay. Everything was as described and shown in the photos. Great location, easy to walk to town and restaurants as well as numerous hiking and nature nearby.

Janet was a wonderful host. She was incredibly responsive and made the weekend so easy. We loved her place, too!

This was a great place for my family of 3, Mike was very good host and responsive, we love to hike and their were a lot of trails to hike and very close to Lake Tahoe, it was a great Fathers Day Weekend

I was in the area visiting for a family members celebration of life event. The grounds at this cottage was lush and welcoming. It was very quiet with the sounds of nature heard from the bedrooms opened window. I was there for a short stay and everything I needed was at the reidence. The residence was clean and clutter free. The host reached out shortly after my arrival to ensure everything meet my needs and standards. I could not ask for a better place to spend the few days I was there. The location was close to my family, stores and restaurants. I wish I could have spent a few more day enjoying the relaxing setting. Hope to be back again soon.

This was the perfect getaway that I needed and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for privacy and a safe, quiet place. The bed was super comfortable and the recliners were so appreciated because of some health issues I was having.

Bev was a great host during our stay at The Shed in Vallecito! This quaint spot had everything we needed and was located nearby to many things we wanted to do in the area. We also enjoyed meeting Critter, the very cute outdoor cat who lives there :)

Suzanne’s cottage is super charming and comfortable! The grounds are gorgeous, the bed is comfy, and there were so many thoughtful touches. She knew it was our anniversary and left a bottle of champagne for us in the fridge, we had our kids with us, so she left smores makings. It’s definitely a small space, but we were there for just one night, and it was fine for our family of 4 with the kids sharing the futon. The new a/c unit kept us cool inside. We had fun watching frogs on the lily pad pond and feeding the chickens. This was a great spot for an overnight getaway, and we will definitely be back!

Nature’s Window is true to its name. John is a wonderful host, and we are so grateful that he shared this little slice of heaven with us. The room itself is very nice and comfortable, we felt right at home. Especially enjoyed our meals on the porch, watching all the wildlife, and getting to know the local bears.

I recently stayed at this charming guesthouse in Loomis and had an exceptional experience. The house was clean, with every room spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail in cleanliness made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Communication with the host was seamless. They were prompt, friendly, and provided clear instructions, making the check-in and check-out processes effortless. Their responsiveness and helpfulness truly enhanced my stay. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to downtown Loomis. Being so close to local shops and restaurants made it easy to explore and enjoy the area without needing to drive far. Overall, this home offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful place to stay in Loomis.

Ivy’s cottage was perfect for our group of three (a single and a couple). Super cozy and comfy beds, perfectly spacious for us, cute little balcony, and quiet. It was walkable to areas of town (if you’re ok with a few hills) and also still on a quiet street. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

Overall, the experience was really great. It was in a secluded area with a great view. It was within a few miles of local amenities and restaurants. If I’m ever in the area again, I would like to stay here.

Great spot to relax outside of Yosemite. Cute local town with some good food. The lake was an extreme plus, we decided to have a beach day at the lake down the street! Frances was a great host

The cabana was even better than I had imagined, it felt really spacious, despite being a studio. The place is very modern, clean and comfortable. The yard was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. I appreciated the privacy, knowing the hosts were a text away. I'm looking forward to another stay!

LOVED staying at the Pig on Fig! We felt right at home and felt super cozy. Amber has gone above and beyond to ensure her guests have a wonderful and stress free stay with so many amenities and a well thought out set up of the space. It was so nice being able to walk out the door and be steps away from Sutter Street, tons of restaurants, close to walking trails, the lake and so much more. Will definitely return to this spot the next time I’m in Folsom!

This was a lovely studio apartment close driving and walking distance to downtown Grass Valley, trails and everything needed. It was clean, quiet, private and perfect for a relaxing stay!

I loved the thoughtful design and amenities like snacks, coffee and filtered water. I wish that I had more time to explore the local restaurants. I did have some great neighborhood walks and would love to come back!

Had a great experience staying at Arthur’s place. The space was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and Arthur was friendly, responsive, and respectful of my privacy. The location was convenient, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. I would recommend this place to other guests and would be happy to stay here again.

What an unforgettable stay at "La Hacienda"! We stayed here as our basecamp for a day trip to Yosemite during a long West coast road trip, and our stay here was a major highlight of the entire trip. Fred and Doris are incredibly gracious and generous hosts. As others have said, be sure to spend some time talking with Fred to make the most of your stay. Words really can't do our feelings justice....we left not only impressed with our stay but feeling like we made a new friend. 11 out of 10 - best Airbnb experience of all time and unlikely to be surpassed!

We loved our stay! The place was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. My husband and I stayed to enjoy Kings Beach. Short walk to the beach. We really appreciated the beach chairs. The Airbnb is very close to everything. We loved that we had privacy. We will definitely choose this place again when we come back!

This was our 2nd stay at Gwen’s guesthouse. We loved the historical charm of the neighborhood and the private entrance. We appreciated the welcoming touches and generous snacks. Gwen’s place is clean, calming and conveniently located. (About 10 min from the Saturday morning mid-town farmers’ market. :) We slept really well in the comfortable king size bed and took advantage of the blackout curtains and the white noise device. We had an unexpected need arise during our stay and Gwen was responsive, understanding and so helpful. A top choice for staying in Sacramento!

This is my second stay and I look forward to the next. This is a top-rated place: accurate listing, easy access, gracious and accommodating host, wonderful location, close to everything! I recommend it most highly!

Stayed at the Love’s Nest property for our Yosemite destination wedding. Would absolutely stay there again. Host & team were excellent on all fronts. Mattress was excellent. Towels were good quality. The Love Nest in the loft brought back “let’s build a fort” childhood nostalgic vibe….. loved it. Only a couple minor issues. Lighting in the bathroom is adequate for a dude, not bright enough for a bride to get ready for her wedding. Property is close to park, but still can be 45-90 min drive to entrances. Can be tricky to find driveway initially. Recommend dropping a pin and labeling it for yourself. Don’t let these little things deter you though. This place is awesome.
