Holiday rentals with a kayak in Gold Country

We stayed at Selina’s place for a weekend getaway to Yosemite. The house was perfect for our family with 10 people, the kids enjoyed the game room, we cooked meals in the kitchen, the deck and huge yard is so lovely and the views are amazing! Highly recommended!

The house was well put together and all amenities were nice and clean. Ken was very responsive and helpful with any questions or recommendations. Beautiful home and neighborhood with friendly neighbors were encountered on our walks. I would highly recommend this spot for a large group or small depending on what type of visit you are looking for. There are shops and restaurants near by which was nice to be able to enjoy in addition to the house and amenities. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Sol. It was a peaceful neighborhood close to beautiful trails but not far from Truckee and amenities. The house was super well maintained and clean with a desk set-up so I could work and fast internet! We loved the deck and natural light pouring into the home. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family is so happy to be staying at Tanya’s house! It’s just a 5-minute walk to Pine Mountain Lake, and we’re also able to use the swimming pool, which is a great bonus. The only issue we noticed is that most of the non-stick frying pans are with scratches and can’t really be used anymore. Other than that, the house is great and we’re all really enjoying our time here. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

We loved the convenience of having direct water access. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a fantastic deck for enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Our host was very attentive. Highly recommend for a relaxing waterfront getaway.

Maja’s house was exactly what we were looking for our family retreat. Quiet, private, spacious and great amenities. The young kids and adults enjoyed the jacuzzi after spending the day in Yosemite, Mariposa and Bass Lake thanks to its great locations. Highly recommend it!

Absolutely stunning house! This was our first family vacation and time using Airbnb and it surpassed all expectations. The house had everything it needed and felt very comfortable, beds were extremely comfortable too. The association was amazing and gives access to the private beaches which was great with kids. Definitely will be booking again the next time we’re able to go on vacation! (:

We had an amazing stay! The place was clean, very well maintained, and perfect for a group of friends. It came with so many great amenities — from the hot tub to a game room with a couple of arcade games and a pool table — which made our stay even more enjoyable. Jennifer was very responsive and provided clear instructions for both check-in and check-out, which made everything super easy. Honestly, the place is even better than the pictures — the backyard is beautiful and the kitchen is huge and had everything we needed for a 2-day stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing place that's a short drive from Yosemite's south entrance.

This place was perfect for our Anniversary get away! We were able to spend a day at Yosemite riding E-bikes and spend the next day on the lake. We received a discount to rent a boat because of our host and enjoyed the hot tub at the end of each day! There are many restaurants within walking distance, a grocery store, and a fun friendly bar close by. We will definitely be back!

This place is absolutely fabulous with a lake view! We were greeted by Ben, who was wonderful and gave us the white glove walk through of the unit and the areas. The location is the best. It’s within 2 min walk of everything you need (grocery store, souvenir shop, restaurants, bar). The locals here are extremely friendly. The unit is equipped with a fireplace and hot tub, great for nighttime hangouts. Enjoy your cup of coffee on the front porch. Tom, the owner, is so impressive, he is a local for 30+ year building his business which includes this Airbnb and boat rentals and restaurants/bars. Helping to support the community and hiring incredible people to run it all. Highly recommend you rent a boat if you stay her, you get 10% off. We loved it so much, we are already planning our next trip here!

We’ve stayed with Gerson and BethAnn twice now. And we have enjoyed it both times. It’s a great place to make life long memories with my family. I would recommend this place to anyone.

great place, the locations is amazing and close to alot to walk to. the place it's self is fantastic. the only downside is the kitchen doesnt have any cooking stuff just a microwave but the restaurants are all around it and east to walk to. definitely worth it.

Exceeded our expectations! Even more beautiful surroundings than pictured! Lots of tranquil seating, lounge chairs, a hammock to enjoy reading , relaxing and bird watching /! Also, their land connects to further hiking, and they have a paddleboat for the lake and two kayaks to use on the lake, or to borrow! The hosts are very warm and friendly and happy to offer information on local biking/ hiking/ etc. Looking forward to coming back with friends! Thank you both for your hospitality!

Wow! If you want a quiet clean place for some serious relaxation, check it out! The kitchen stuff was useful. Wi-Fi was good for us. We saw a lot of wildlife. Great place! Thank you, Steven!

wow! Our new favorite place! The kitchen is well stocked with what you would need to make a simple meal, the rooms are all spacious and beautifully decorated. And the beds and bedding were so comfortable! We were able to use our streaming stick and had access to the HVAC control. Internet was great...no buffering at all! I can't say enough about Lisa's place. The location is great. Lisa is a great communicator, friendly and thoughtful host. We had a basket of goodies waiting for us with a welcome note and, I left a top behind and she called to let me know. We were able to turn around and go back to pick it up. I was so thankful for Lisa's thoughtfulness. We are already anticipating and planning our next stay!

My girlfriends and I loved our stay at the Big Dipper! The cabin is beautiful, comfortable and conveniently located. There was plenty of space for the six of us. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the stunning deck, in the hot tub and at nearby Speedboat Beach. Sally was a communicative and helpful host, and her local recommendations are spot on! We would happily to return and will not hesitate to recommend this property to our friends and family.

The cabin was amazing. Just outside of town and on a private pond. They have a summer camp across the pond. You hear cheerful kids playing and the serene landscape of the ca foothills. Truly a great place to stay.

Amazing location and amenities. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards that allowed us to enjoy Serene Lake. We would book again for sure!

Total relaxation on Chipmunk St. The back yard is a peaceful haven, inducing naps and calmness. Hot tub and fire pit were wonderful. Access to bikes, kayaks was a plus. Walk to beach and downtown easy. Free concert on the beach Friday evening was fun. Great food everywhere we dined. Elaine was very accessible and helpful throughout the trip. Stairwell to bedrooms is a challenge but beds extremely comfy.

We had a fantastic vacation at Manny's cabin! Our family of 4 adults and 2 dogs were looking for a quiet countryside escape and his property was absolutely perfect. There was ample room for all of us. The cabin has a cozy rustic feel with many modern amenities including great AC and very comfortable beds! We prepared home cooked meals in the well stocked kitchen and BBQ out back. The hot tub was woderful for relaxing under the stars. We got to gaze out at the pastures and watch deer, goats, turkeys, ducks and other natural wildlife. There was little cell service but we were able to connect to the WIFI no problem. Manny was an excellent host. He was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. On the last day of our stay there was an accidental fire that started on a neighboring property. Manny and his wife came immediately and made sure we were taken care of. All and all, it was an unforgetalbe family reunion and we would love to stay there again.
