Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

The spacious apartment is perfect for those who want to live close to the city and nature. Daimler and Getinge Rastatt are very close. Cities worth seeing such as Karlsruhe (about 26 km), Heidelberg (about 76 km), Baden-Baden (about 16 km), Freiburg (about 120 km), Strasbourg (about 70 km) or Basel (about 175 km) and highlights such as the Black Forest Nature Park Center/North, the Rhine, Alsace, the Europa Park and good museums nearby and further afield invite you to visit and explore.

I would like to welcome you to my stylish and bright apartment on the 2nd floor, into which I have put a lot of passion. There are 2 separate bedrooms each with a large bed, plus a sofa bed and a guest bed in the living room. 1 large bathroom - shower + bathtub, as well as a dining and work area. Please note: no kitchen. Kitchen is currently under construction. Coffee + tea is free. Fridge, microwave, coffee kettle, 2 baby travel beds including bed linen are provided.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The price for a child under 2 years is 10.00 euros and has to be paid upon arrival.
