Private apartment, in the heart of a green oasis

Offering a peaceful setting with springs and centuries-old trees, the apartment consists of two bedrooms • Bedroom 1: 140 cm double bed with private bathroom.• Bedroom 2: two 90 x 190 cm single beds, also with private shower room. The living room includes a sitting area and a kitchenette.

Peaceful accommodation for two, three or four, 20 minutes from Angoulême and 5 minutes from Mouthiers sur Boëme where you will find all the local shops as well as a restaurant. The house is inside a farmhouse, the entrance and the main courtyard are shared, but you have a private west-facing garden, independent and not overlooked. You also have an outdoor space sheltered on the courtyard side for sharing your meals.

The site consists of an island of about 5000 m², surrounded by water, on which is located an old lock house from 1837, completely refurbished, very bright and comfortable. Ideal for a total disconnection experience, in a green setting, while comfortable and poetic. Possibility to use canoes (a 2-seater canoe and a 1-seater canoe) and bicycles.
