Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. In 100 Metern ist eine Bushaltestelle um schnell ins Zentrum zu kommen. Zu Fuß sind es rund 15 Minuten. Ein Leihfahrrad steht zur Verfügung. In 350 m Entfernung beginnt der schöne Kraichgau. Die Wohnung wird nach jedem Aufenthalt mit einem Delphin Wassersauger nass gereinigt.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna und kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Meine Zimmer wurden sorgfältig renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ich hoffe, Gäste willkommen zu heißen, die ihre Schönheit zu schätzen wissen. Es gibt reichlich Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten in den umliegenden Gebieten wie Speyer, Heidelberg, Mannheim und Karlsruhe. Wanderer und Radfahrer kommen ebenfalls auf ihre Kosten. Außerdem liegt ein erfrischender Badesee nur 500 Meter entfernt. Gäste können den EDEKA-Supermarkt , Bäckerei und Bahnhof in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.

"Especially now, just get out of the city and into the countryside." The apartment is located on the top floor of a completely renovated house dating back to 1745. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

In front of the apartment is a comfortable terrace where you can sit and relax. Inside it offers everything for the family and business traveller alike. Centrally located, all you need is within a short walk: shops, bars, restaurants, a beautiful farmers market (Saturday and Wednesday) or Bruchsal's 17th-century castle.
