Nako was always helpful and kind whenever I had any questions. I visited for a month or so and because the flat had everything, I could continue in my routine as I would in my own home. The view from balcony is beautiful, there is everything available around the house:). Would defo recommend! 🎀🌸

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

I stayed for 3 months. It was nice that nana was very responsive and flexible. The room is quiet and there is no shortage of amenities.There are nice paintings in the room.There is a Grand Mall and Will Mart nearby, which is very convenient.The location was great and overall good value for money.Internet and electricity will be sent to the host's bank account.

Neat apartments with all amenities. The inside is perfectly clean. All utensils are available. Smoking is prohibited in the house and it😍 is perfectly consistent with the photos. Nice, quiet neighborhood, park nearby, 24-hour shops and cafes. Wonderful host who was always available. Thank you so much! Our vacation was a success.

Great apartment near lots of things to do. 5 minutes walk to the beach. There was a water problem upon our arrival but the hosted simply managed to solve it. So, we didn't have any problem for the rest of our stay. All in all, recommend it to who want a smooth and comfortable stay at a great place with a fair price.

This apartment was newly renovated and everything worked as it should. Good hot water, a/c and wifi speeds.The location is just two blocks away from the high rise buildings like Orbi City and also about the same distance to the mall and the beach. The bus is next to the building and will take you all around Batumi. There are a lot of local shops, restaurants and supermarkets within about a two block walk. There is a excellent bakery right downstairs. Sergo is friendly and a good host. He is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Very cozy apartment. Bed linen, towels, as in the best hotels. In Batumi, it is very difficult to find housing that meets all the parameters. But Dali's apartment meets all the standards. The hostess is a very pleasant woman. Upon check-in, I put flowers in a vase, diffusers for a pleasant smell. We had a great time in her apartment with our family.

We stayed for 3 nights at Alliance Palace in Batumi and had a wonderful experience! Check-in Process: The check-in was quite easy. Kristina, our host, was very attentive and provided clear, detailed instructions, making the whole process smooth. The building staff was also friendly and welcoming. Apartment: The apartment itself was neat, cozy, and spotlessly clean. It offered a lovely view of the city, and we really appreciated how the elevators were never busy — a big plus compared to places like Orbi City. This place is truly a gem! Location: The location was excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Batumi, with everything you need within easy reach. Overall: Highly recommended! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Batumi.

Quite comfortable room in the very epicenter of tourist life in Batumi. I had everything I needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. Communication was fast and informative.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Batumi! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The view from the balcony was stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Batumi and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in Maria and Moussa’s apartment for two months, and it truly felt like home. The place has everything you need for a long stay, making it super comfortable and convenient. We arrived in February, during a pretty intense snowstorm, so it was a bit cold at first. Thankfully, the AC helped keep the place warm. Anytime we needed help, Moussa was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Since I work remotely, having a reliable internet connection was really important to me, and we had almost no issues. While Batumi is known to occasionally have minor electricity problems, 98% of the time, the internet was fast and stable. I absolutely recommend this place to new visitors, and I’m already looking forward to coming back someday!

The host is with you, helping. There is everything you need in the house. The view is spectacular, the opportunity to watch the planes landing. Would recommend.
