Our house stays in 20m. distance from the water and at the promenade in front are many lovelies restaurants/cafes with delicious food! The joyful atmosphere of the beach has additionally many water entertainments (water parachute, paraplan etc.). The silhouettes of 8 mountains are running into the water and one can also see the skyline of Batumi (8 km. – 5$ taxi).

Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

It is a unique experience with its own style. The apartment is located on the 14th floor of the residential complex SunRise Batumi on New Boulevard, 50 meters from the beach! The studio apartments include a kitchen area, a bedroom area, a balcony and a bathroom with a washing machine and a shower. There's an extra bed - a foldable sofa. There is an amazing sea view from the balcony. In the evenings you can admire the beautiful sunset.
