Condo holiday rentals in Gonio

Thanks to Marina for her hospitality. My wife and I stayed for two weeks. Excellent bright studio with new renovation. The apartment is suitable for short-term stays and holidays. Gorgeous sea view. There is everything you need. Near the sea, shopping center, fitness, restaurants, supermarkets. No street noise thanks to the high floor and good windows. One of the disadvantages is that this is a new house and many neighbors are doing renovations. Usually, the noise starts closer to 9 a.m. and can continue intermittently until midnight. There were a few days when one of the neighbors decided to assemble furniture in the middle of the night, but not for long.

The house was clean and in a good location, it was right in front of the sea and the view especially at dawn was so beautiful we spent most of our time on the balcony, it was peaceful most of the time, we had a great time staying there.

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things and a very cool location near the park in the apartment. Due to my negligence (poorly closed) the balcony door flew off the hinges due to strong winds during the day when I was not at home. Luckily this issue was quickly resolved. Thank you!:)

Diana was super responsive and even installed some blackout curtains at our request. The apartment is equipped for a long stay and was pleasant to rest in and the check-in went flawlessly. The location is close to the beach and has stores and restaurants all around for all needs. Thank you again for being so nice.

The apartment is two minutes walk from the beach, there are restaurants and shops nearby. There is a balcony with a sofa, you can spend time there and have lunch. For two, a great apartment, or for a couple with a child: there is a double bed and a small sofa. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to relax, I recommend it!

Anri is super helpful and a great host. Very flexible with the check-in check-out since we’re from out of the country. Would use him again if in Batumi

The apartments are good. They are in a huge residential complex, so there are nuances, for example, turnover of people, noise from construction, etc. But we, in general, understood this when choosing a place, so the experience did not spoil. The room was clean and no comments. The host is very responsive, responds almost instantly.

New, modern and beautifully located flat perfect for a comfortable stay. In addition to the proximity to markets and restaurants, the building has a cake and coffee shop, which was a great differential. The experience was great, and I would definitely stay again. I recommend it!

The apartment is ideally located. Between major hotels where there are much less people on the beach. From the door to the sea - three minutes! The apartment is clean, the furniture is new, the bed is huge with a nice mattress. The apartment itself is very spacious, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. View from the window 10/10. We will miss the morning coffee for a long time on this balcony overlooking the sea and the mountains (yeah, you can't see them in the photo, they are to the left and very beautiful) The host got a baby crib at our request. Special thanks for that! We are very glad that we rented this apartment. The best part of our vacation!

very beautiful and comfortable apartment in the center of old Batumi. two families with children stayed, it was very good!

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

The best experience I have ever had living in orbi city. The apartment is clean and cozy. 44th floor opens a great view. Check-in and check out experience is also wonderful. Daniel helps you on every stage.

it was good location to stay

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

Friendly and responsive owner.

It was very nice to stay at Manana's place, she's been very caring during our stay. The apartment is clean and cozy, ideal for 5 guests. The walking distance from the beach is exceptable, 10 minutes. There is magnificant view of the sea from one of the bedrooms. There are only two elevators in the building, which created a bit of discomfort. Also, there has been one window that we couldn't close in the bedroom and even though there are two balconies, the small one is unusable. Overall, our stay has been very pleasant as there is everything for our comfort.

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

I had an excellent stay at Lena's apartment! It is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Not even 1 minute's walk to the beach! There is also a pool and rooftop bar in the building. I had great communication with the host. There are many great restaurants, cafes and shops around in the area. I will definitely visit again! The host did everything to make it a wonderful experience for me. Thank you Lena!

I can't help but write a review about our hotel stop: Lazare family!We are delighted with the host Gochi and his hotel! The hotel is brand new and beautiful! Gocha designed and built it himself! Everything is made with a big soul, very convenient, beautiful, stylish! The hotel is located, in an old tangerine garden, lots of greenery, beautiful view! Within a 10-minute walk there are markets, cafes, pharmacies and a bus stop, for a trip to the center of Batumi! Host Gocha and his wife Russico, they greet guests themselves, surround them with care, are ready to help in any matter, create an atmosphere of safety, comfort and kindness! I highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely come back! Oh , I almost forgot , we came with a small dog and our pet was very happy!
