Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Goodyear

This is a very nice and clean apartment. Communication was quick and easy. There is a lot of road traffic noise but there is a sound machine for sleeping. Overall it was perfect for our visit. Loved having a garage for our car.

Mia is a good host—an excellent communicator who clearly cares deeply about her guests’ comfort and experience. She is warm, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, which made me feel very well taken care of. The apartment is simple, clean, and reasonably priced, located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. I truly appreciated Mia’s kindness and attention throughout my brief booking. Highly recommend!

Great amenities and plenty things for you to do. Love how they provided snacks for their guest. Great parking good location to hang out downtown.

Glenn’s place was one of the nicest homes we have ever rented. It was so spacious and clean and had everything our family needed for a relaxing stay in the desert. Our son loved the beautiful pool and we all loved the outdoor kitchen and fireplace. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook at home and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. A short drive to hiking trails and an easy drive to Phoenix Raceway for the NASCAR finals. Glenn was a great host. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent property - very clean and well appointed. Easy to check-in and check-out. Comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. Backyard was neat and tidy and the hot tub was a bonus! Big flat screens were easy to hook up to our streaming services. 10/10 would recommend!

This house was beautiful and had everything we needed to make dinner for our family. The pool was very nice and Joyce had floats for everyone. The rooms were all clean with fresh linens. The area the house is located at is nice and quiet. There are stores close by as well. Very nice place to stay!

Christine was great! Her home is lovely! The sectional upstairs you could melt in! So comfy chilling after pool day! The pool was beautiful! Totally fine temps with no heater! It was a great home to stay in for a few days. The pool and hot tub were a nice relaxing feature of the home. It had everything available (towels, pool floats, umbrellas, lounge chairs) and the kitchen was fully stocked with very comfortable bedding. The couch was super comfy and LOTS of room. It was just my husband and I so we only utilized the master but 2 other rooms and a den it could certainly accommodate many more. There was a large dog next door that barked most of the time we were outside so that was annoying but nothing that the host could do about it. Other than that - what a great stay! It would have been great to know what places were around to eat, shop, etc.. Thanks for the great communication!

Absolutely gorgeous condo in Avondale, just a 20 minute drive from Metro Phoenix. Condo is large, comfy, homey, and has everything you need. Parking spot right outside is awesome. Absolutely recommend.

Just as described—this is a beautiful little place with access to pools, perfect for a relaxing stay. While it’s not very walkable for those looking to explore restaurants or bars nearby, it’s just a quick Uber ride to most spots. One big plus: it’s located very close to the zoo, which was super convenient!

Quiet neighborhood with lots of food options nearby. The space itself was cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful, cute touches that made it feel extra special. We loved our stay at the Quaint Condo. Everything was as expected and very clean. There's a lovely pond within walking distance, and we highly recommend Park Cafe for breakfast. It's a great area!
