Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Goodyear

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! The home was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. Everything was spotless and the hosts were really friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend and hope to stay there again.

Initially I wasn’t sure about booking this home, there were others in the area that I was considering, but what kept drawing me back was all the amenities and extras this home had to offer. Pool table, swimming pool, mini golf, patio with a grill.. just a lot to offer in my opinion, so I booked for 2 nights and brought my family. The instructions were clear and simple, the home was clean and very very nice! Big living rooms and the kitchen was pristine! The rooms were big and spacious and very clean as well. Needless to say I loved everything about the house! I had an even the entire weekend and I decided to add another night to my stay and David was extremely accommodating and proactive in his communication not only during this request but overall, always responding promptly! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I would definitely book with David again!

Wow! Where to start, there is so much to say. Joaquin was a wonderful host from beginning to end. I felt terrible for asking him so many questions, but he responded quickly and answered my questions without hesitation. The house and landscaping is beautiful! I felt so comfortable! Everything was perfect! My family and I will be back! Joaquin went beyond the call of duty. I asked if he could decorate a little section for my grandson’s 5th birthday, he came through. Thank you for everything!

We all had a wonderful time at Laura and Tony's home! When we walked in, we found the house to be spotless in every way. We really appreciated the cleanliness of this home. That is super important to us. We thoroughly enjoyed the many amenities. The pool was great, the putting green was enjoyed by our golfers, the pool table was a big hit and there was a great supply of games for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Every bed was used and everyone said they were very comfortable. Comfortable beds are not that easy to come by. So it really stood out to us that they were so comfortable. We felt right at home staying in this wonderful home. Laura was very communicative and pleasant to work with. We definitely recommend Laura and Tony's home! and hope we have the chance to stay there again! Thank you Laura and Tony!

This house is wonderful and is in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard was a great space to hang out and relax. Whether it be using the pool and hot tub, practicing your putting on the putting green or relaxing by the fire at night. We were all couples and were there for 2 months, so it was perfect to have all ensuites to give each couple their own space. Since we were there for so long we had a few things that were needed, but Tanis and Cheri were very responsive when we needed something. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The home was overall nice—comfortable, well-located, and had a lot of charm. The home was , beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. However, there were a few areas that could use a bit more attention when it comes to cleaning. Nothing major just a little more attention to certain areas of the home. Still, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s hospitality.We had an amazing stay! The location was nice, peaceful and quiet. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

My husband and I have stayed at on Brigitte's AZ Acre Farmhouse property twice. The house is magnificent, clean, and a wonderful place to visit with our family in the Surprise area. There is so much to do on the property and the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I can't imagine we would stay anywhere else when we come to visit. Brigitte is always responsive and helpful.

Very clean! Kid friendly Lots of towels and blankets available Felt like I was at home! Again, KID FRIENDLY. Very close to Statefarm stadium!

I would definitely recommend if you're in the area. It was absolutely perfect for a short trip, and I'm sure would be great for a longer stay!

Beautiful place for my daughter and me with plenty of room near several restaurants and even a grocery store. The neighborhood felt safe, the condo felt private yet welcoming, and Krystal responded quickly to any questions.

We had a wonderful stay while in town for spring training. The location is great and very easy to get around. So many great restaurants are nearby. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for the stay. Desenia was professional and left us with great instructions. I would highly recommend staying at Desenia’s if you are in the Phoenix area!

I booked this location needing it less than 24 hours. Adena was extremely easy to work with and accommodated my early check-in along with my exit being a day earlier than planned. Water was in the fridge and coffee was available for me when I arrived along with a very welcoming environment.

This place was amazing! Out of the dozens of places I’ve stayed over the last few years this was one of the better ones yet. High end furnishings, VERY clean space, and comfortable linens made this place perfect. Having a garage to use made this an incredible valuable. One of my top 5 stays for sure

This was such a treat staying at Ana’s place. She made us feel right at home. I can’t believe how kind and generous she was throughout the whole stay. It was gorgeous and so so clean. If we get a chance we will for sure book again. Loved everything about it. 100/10! ❤️❤️❤️

We felt that the location was ideal for us as we attended the ASU graduation and were able to explore the area with family. Being able to hop onto Scottsdale road (without hearing any street noise at night) was super convenient to go either way to Tempe, the interstate to see other areas (Phoenix, Mesa, camelback), and of course north to old and new Scottsdale. Close to very good restaurants and any store you may need. The house is what you see on the site. The casita is a small house with space and is extremely well kept and ideal for a larger group. The main house was spacious and well laid out. Everyone was happy with their rooms. Ryan had everything stocked from towels, bathroom necessities, plates, glasses, etc. The pool table came in handy for some friendly games. The covered carport is a great benefit in AZ. Another benefit is the checkout, Ryan kept it simple. Very happy with our stay and would recommend.

The sport is very to everything and is easy to access And something to note is how much it stands out among other nicer, albeit older and mature houses in this older Scottsdale neighborhood. It’s a gem. Sparkling clean. Huge for the footprint it sits in - new everything, well stocked with essentials and a very friendly host.

For enhanced security, exterior cameras are in place; interior cameras are strategically positioned in areas exclusively off-limits to guests. I strongly recommend this house!

We had an incredible stay here for my bachelorette weekend. There weren’t enough blankets for the couch girls however the host dropped off 4 brand new blankets which was so kind. The only thing that would have been nice would have been some extra paper towel and dish towels. Overall our stay was incredible and we would 100% go back. Great location, great weather and great memories made. <3 Thank you!!!!
