Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

Our historic farmhouse with its extensive garden offers the guests of our two apartments plenty of space to linger and recharge. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of our village to discover Upper Lusatia, explore historic Görlitz or visit the cities and landscapes in neighboring Poland and the Czech Republic.

The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Please just ask.
