Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

Du hast die wunderschöne Altstadt (lohnt sich sehr!) nicht weit entfernt, viele Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür, einen Wasserfall und See, und vor allen Dingen das schöne Weltkulturerbe Bergwerk direkt vor der Nase. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt 🏔️

Our "Kiefer" is 84 m² and is located on the 2nd floor and has a spacious balcony. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds ensure a restful night's sleep. The sofa with integrated sleeping option in the living room offers space for another person. The open living-dining area with its fully equipped kitchen with the most modern equipment and direct access to the balcony as well as the contemporary bathroom with large shower leave nothing to be desired.

Via a separate entrance you enter the staircase to reach the living area with living room, open kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor. From there you can enter the balcony. Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Recharge your batteries on the private terrace or make yourself comfortable in the open living area with kitchen.

The Zum Jakobi 4 is right in the heart of Goslar's old town. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen including stove and induction cooktop and dishwasher.
