Beautifully furnished apartment in Gailingen am Hochrhein The apartment is on the basement of a single-family house. Shops can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The Rhine is a 10-15 minute walk Parking is available right by the apartment Bus connection in approx. 150 m The apartment is located in a new build area. Our house is ready. But there may be construction noise from time to time. (Adjacent houses) Exterior is not yet completed and will be built gradually in the summer / autumn of 2019.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Charming new apartment in wonderful area

Newly built apartment in an idyllic village with about 1000 inhabitants. Located directly on the Swiss border. Very close is the largest waterfall in Europe, the Rhine Falls. Ideal hiking and cycling paradise. Pure nature. Water sports in and on the Rhine (swimming, diving, paddling, etc.). Large parking right in front of the apartment. Long-term guests up to max. 3 months are also welcome. A place to stay that makes you feel really comfortable!

1-room kitchen-bathroom

This apartment is comfortable and newly furnished, is 60 m² and is located in a quiet residential area on the southern slope of Gailingen. The apartment has a large living/bedroom which is extended to the south side with a terrace. The entrance, access to the terrace and the bathroom are at ground level and therefore also suitable for people with walking difficulties. The toilet seat is also elevated and the shower has no step.

Master's B&B - small but nice.

Our guests have their own apartment, but it is only rented to one party. It has two double beds and a single bed. Baby cot on request. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible via stairs (no elevator), but very quiet and with great views of Munot, Rhine and Schaffhausen. The city of Schaffhausen can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Parking for your car will be provided by us. Large roof terrace for undisturbed sunbathing.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Lovely flat with private garden.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)

Vacation home

The apartment consists of a large living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. A terrace and parking space are also available. In addition to the specified price, the city of Radolfzell charges a tourist tax of €3 per person per day.
