Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Gozd Martuljek

We loved our stay! The property at the end of Lake Bohinj is lovely, with a beautiful creek flowing behind it and is close to the lake and many hiking trails. The property is big and very well kept. My family had fun playing games on the large grassy area with a volleyball net. The cabin is new, clean and cozy with nice bedding and well stocked kitchen and linens. We made 3 dinners and found everything we needed for food prep. If you're going to cook, you may want to pick up groceries before arriving in the area as the local markets have somewhat limited options. Amenities in the cabin were perfect! We watched movies, took saunas and lit fires in the fireplace - wood and kindling provided in cabin. Washer/dryer worked great and it was nice to do some laundry before moving on to our next destination. Jaka is very responsive. He communicates well and proactively using the AirBnB app.

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment is with just a short walk of the town centre, with plenty of nice restaurants, supermarket and bakery near by. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a family holiday. The outdoor seating area is a lovely place to relax and there are beautiful views of the mountains. There was even a great selection of toys which our little boy loved playing with.

Pretty Jolie was the perfect getaway! The apartment was beautiful and cozy- I especially loved the activities room which had a guest book for us to write notes in addition to games and books. The location of the apartment was very convenient as it was a less than ten minute walk from the supermarket and three minute walk to the lake- I would definitely stay recommend this listing. As a plus point- the kitchen had spices and oil which made cooking significantly easier!

We had an amazing time in Ljubljana. Thank you very much for your hospitality. The location is great. You can enjoy house + garden and have breakfast outside, while being in walking distance to city centre.

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We were sorry we couldn't stay there longer. Beautiful views and wonderful walks. Nice that you can also just walk to the village, supermarket, eat cake or eat at the hotel opposite. I had also booked a massage myself and that was wonderful. We will definitely come back to further discover this interesting region.

We had some wonderful days in Kranj (pronounced Kran) wonderful recommendations for dining experiences by the host. An hour's drive to Lake Bohinj, which is definitely worth a visit on a hot day. It was incredibly nice to be in a top baby-safe apartment, where we did not have to worry. And a lovely green garden with evening sun.

Beautiful and peaceful location. Excellent for serious hiking and good access to Soca valley and amenities. Lovely outdoor seating and eating area. Good opportunities for wildlife spotting. We arrived in the dark and a light was on inside with windows open so the house was full of insects. Not a problem for us but might be for others. Some essentials like toilet roll which was listed was not provided. The oven requires the stove to be lit so not ideal in warm weather. No iron found and no upstairs sockets. However, these were minor deviations from the listing and we loved our stay. Sadly other reviews mentioned swimming in the river but after the dry summer there was no river or swimming accessible by foot. Our email said check out 11:00 but the cleaner arrived just after 10 and we had a call saying it was 10:00. Hopefully that will be sorted for future guests so the information sent matches the expectations of the host. Road up was not as bad as other reviewers suggest.

Marko’s communication and instructions and guides were the best we have received at any Air BnB we have stayed at all over the world. Accommodation was neat, clean, comfortable bed and hot shower. Great area to sit outside for breakfast and dinner. Easy walk to the Central Market. Handy shops down the road for food, and walkable distance to the Old Town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ljubljana.

The location of the apartment is absolutely amazing. You are in the middle of the nature, enjoying breathtaking landscape and stunning mountain view. From time to time animals pass by and say hello - so peaceful it is. The apartment is well equipped, built with quality material and thoughtfully designed. The communication with the host is fast and easy. We highly recommend.

We loved the apartment: the bed was very spacious, the TV had a mobile arm to see from the bed or from the sofa, the kitchen was small but with everything you need and the large bathtub. The area was very quiet and well connected by bus to all other places. The hostess has been very helpful and kind. Super recommended!

We spent wonderful days in Marušas apartment. Unfortunately, we couldn't meet Maruša in person, but her father was always there for us. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. We used the sauna a lot. The area is very idyllic and quiet. It invites you to take wonderful walks. There are some good restaurants in the neighboring towns, especially in Bled. We definitely give it a 5⭐️!

Fabulous host- helpful, friendly, responsive. The room was fairly small but very economically set up with everything you need. Peaceful location yet so close to everything. Added bonus was having a great laundry and being able to dry things outside. Highly recommended 😀

Wonderful apartment. Like many others have mentioned, it is at the very top of many stairs (69) , but it’s completely worth it! A very clean and charming apartment with a lovely kitchen and great walkability to the lake and nearby restaurants. We appreciated the clothes washer too. Comfortable for our group of 5. I’d highly recommend this place and I would stay here again. I appreciate how they had many pamphlets with things to do in the area.

Lovely accommodation in a nice location with amazing outdoor sitting area looking at the emerald river. Very friendly hosts with good advice on places to see. Private parking. Good location to explore the Soca valley. Nice restaurant nearby, walkable or by car. Host let us use their canoe which was great on this impounded river so very calm waters. A beautiful stay and we want yo return.

We had such a nice time! Felt like home! Apartment was very clean & we had everything we needed! We also loved the yard & sitting outside (stunning views while drinking morning coffee)! Definitely would recommend staying there! Such a peaceful location and so close to Bled!

We decided to visit Ljubljana at the last minute. Finding Milena’s place available was a treat. It is a very nice home in a fantastic location. Milena is a great communicator and host.

Matej's place is well located, at a good distance from the lake and close to the supermarkets and bus stop. The garden and balcony were in our opinion the best parts of the house - we used both quite a lot to have lunch and dinner while enjoying the bright sun and tranquility of Bled. Matej also provides several nice amenities, such as a TV with a lot of shows and channels, baby chair and a washing machine (charged extra), and is always available to help.

Stayed at Ivy’s apartment with my husband for 4 nights. Beautiful & tastefully decorated apartment with all amenities. Great location with designated parking! Ivy had given clear instructions about everything plus she gave recommendations which were really great. Totally comfortable stay and I highly recommend her apartment. I will definitely choose this apartment if I come to Ljubljana again! Thanks Ivy for being such a great host!

We loved our stay at Marusa’s beautiful home. The ideal location for travelling around the Slovenia. Quick drive to Bled, Lake Bohinj and the surrounding areas. 10 minute walk into the beautiful town of Radovljica. Marusa and her family were lovely hosts, very responsive to our messages and made us feel at home. Apartment was very clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone travelling around Slovenia.

We had a fantastic stay here, and would definitely recommend it to others! The location is so close to the Soca river, gorge, hikes, waterfalls and mountains.. our days were jam-packed with activities! Being so close to town and shops etc, driving in we thought the area would feel less peaceful. However, because the apartment looks out over lush green gardens toward the mountains, it was SO relaxing and the only sounds we heard from the balcony every evening were birds in the trees. Very special. The interior has been decorated with so much love and is incredibly stylish. We were extra impressed by the cleverly planned automatic sensor-lighting and sound-system - and you will be too if you stay here 😀 The bed was comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, and bathroom squeaky clean. Everything felt very modern and we felt the 'zen' through and through. Would absolutely stay here again, 10/10!

The location is ideal: just 10 minutes from Lake Bled, 20 minutes from Lake Bohinj, and 25 minutes from Triglav National Park. It’s a great base for exploring the natural beauty of the region. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Marija. She was warm, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond—offering tips, personalized itineraries, and tons of local insight. Her kindness and hospitality made our trip so much better than we ever imagined. Highly, highly recommend this gem—we can’t wait to come back!
