Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Soggiorno con tavolo da pranzo e tv, dove è possibile dormire sul comodo divano letto matrimoniale. Sarà nostra cura fornire i set di biancheria da letto e di asciugamani agli ospiti e su richiesta culla e seggiolone per neonati.

La zona è centralissima, a 50 mt. dalla spiaggia "Costa azzurra", a pochi passi da bar, supermercati, ristoranti e dal lungomare. Parcheggio privato. Nell' alloggio è inclusa una piccola colazione leggera , troverete caffè e brioches. Ospitalità e cortesia.
