Holiday rentals with beach access in Grado-Pineta

Domen's place is clean, neat, quiet and well equipped. The location is great and short distance walking to place of interests and main bus stop. The hosts were helpful and friendly. Their homemade juice, wine and jam were delicious.

This place is amazing mostly thanks to its roof terrace - it was rather windy this time but otherwise I could imagine spending half of the day on this terrace above Adriatic and watch the blue sea. Clean, cute and stylish place, I loved staying there! Communication was easy and friendly:) Recommended!

Absolutely lovely stay! The apartment is stunning, with breathtaking sea views and dreamy sunsets—perfect with a cocktail in the hand. Beach access is private and peaceful, and Trieste and Udine are both easy day trips. The complex is well-kept with great parking. Izredno dobra lokacija nastanitve. Samo 1 min stran od Tartinijevega trga in pa seveda od morja in plaže. Nastanitev je bila kot opisano. Vse čisto in urejeno. Lastnik izredno hitro odziven z jasnimi navodili prihoda in načina parkiranja. Nastanitev ni bilo težko najti. To je bila ena boljših izkušenj. 》》》 Extremely good location of the accommodation. Only 1 min away from Tartini Square and of course from the sea and the beach. The accommodation was as described. Everything clean and tidy. The owner was extremely quick to respond with clear instructions on arrival and parking. The accommodation was not difficult to find. This was one of the better experiences.

Beautiful apartment, recently refurbished, modern, cozy. But the real added value is the rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of Piran. Jovana is extremely attentive and friendly - making sure her guests have a great time. We sure did.

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. A convenience store, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully furnished, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

Very good location, centrally located in Barcola, but quiet. Great ambiance, beautiful rooms. And René was an excellent host, very accommodating, always available, informative, very friendly, thank you very much. Without a doubt, I would book again immediately if I were in Trieste. Vladimir's studio is absolutely beautiful. Was lovely chatting to him and he gave us advice on where to go.. The perfect getaway. We stayed one night and would have stayed longer if we had the time. It was a very comfortable and peaceful stay. Great parking facilities for if you have a car and everything is within walking distance. Would highly recommend this studio for anyone wanting to stay in the neighbourhood

This is our 3rd time staying with Jasna & Vlado and are very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is within 4 minutes walking distance, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

We travel a lot and this place was one of the best we've ever rented! The hosts were always available immediately. Unfortunately, we had to stop the holiday due to an illness, but we will be back!

Marina's house is large and well-equipped, comfortable beds, large and pleasant bathrooms. Remarkable common areas! The location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside the house to reach the seafront and the center in a very short time, and taxi parking in front of the door. Car parking nearby if you're lucky! Park S. Giacomo 5 minutes from the house (for a fee). Marina is friendly, punctual and informed! Great stay, thank you! Marco

Really nicely decorated apartment, with a comfy bed, good shower and everything we needed in the kitchen (including oil, salt and pepper!). Also had good AC for when it got hot. Super short walk to the sea and lots of restaurants.

The apartment was completely as described, plus you add a live charm, and then it's even nicer. The space is relatively small but brilliantly organized. Everything is in place. Stancic is quiet, ususky, warm and romantic. Natasha and Sammuele are very proactive and share everything in advance. There's a whole "book" recommendation left on what to see, where to go, where to eat. The street is two minutes from the seafront. The apartment is on the fourth floor which will give you a great view, all the way to the Miramare Castle.

We had a wonderful stay, great location, modern amenities, everything you need. Beach only 5 min away, great shopping, great pool. Markus was always available and was very helpful the whole time
