The location is very quiet and green (urban tree nursery with children's playground) yet conveniently situated in terms of traffic position as the flat is located in the inner-area of the Munich Transport Association. From there one quickly comes to the city center (18 minutes by public transport, 14 minutes by car). It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.
