Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Gräfenhainichen

I was allowed to be a guest at Katharina's for the second time. She is a very friendly, lovely, warm and uncomplicated hostess. I didn't miss anything at the place. In addition, there is a beautiful garden that surrounds the stylish house. Parking is right in front of the house at all times? – no problem (one street down the road looks different). I would love to come back.

Recommended!! This is our second stay and it was once again brilliant. We look forward to our next visit.

We felt very comfortable. I was there with my parents - around 80 years old. The apartment was perfect for this. Everything is at ground level, parking directly in front of the door and also the tram stop as well as an Edeka and a beautiful park. Nice ensemble. The apartment was perfectly equipped: from spices to toothbrushes and shower gel to cozy beds. Christina immediately realized that my mother was not so good on her feet and brought us a shower stool. A thoroughly successful holiday - thank you.

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic vacation home! The location is simply unbeatable - quiet, idyllic and with a fantastic view of the lake, which we enjoyed every day. The house itself is lovingly furnished, very well maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We had a wonderful stay at Martina's and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Everything was well prepared and very clean. We would like to highlight the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen - nothing was missing and you can see that it was furnished with attention to detail. The location is quiet and ideal for switching off, perfect for families like us. Martina was very friendly, helpful and always available. The only small drawback: the second bed in the living room (sofa bed) was unfortunately quite hard – possibly a little uncomfortable for more sensitive backs. Blackout options on the windows would have been a nice touch, especially with a baby. But that's whining at a high level – overall really a great accommodation with a lot of heart and mind. Thank you, dear Martina – we felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back!

We stayed for 2 days as a couple and felt at home in the lovingly equipped small apartment on the ground floor. Everything was clean and welcoming, the bathroom with large shower well equipped and there is also a private small terrace. The reception by Christin was also very friendly, when we said goodbye we could also get to know Silvio. The recommendation of the city of Freiberg was also very valuable to us, where there was a lot to discover for us. Our tip: Cathedral tour with 10 min organ foreplay at the famous Silbermannorgan and the coffee roastery Momo in Korngasse (pedestrian zone), where we enjoyed delicious coffee. We will be happy to come back!

This is a wonderful place for a few relaxing days. The house was clean, beautiful and had everything you need. The outdoor shower and the view were simply fantastic! Anne was so nice and responded to my messages so quickly! I can only recommend a stay here. Thank you Anne!

I had already been in the apartment before. Everything was completely okay, everything you need was available. Quiet environment and for me a very short walk to work, because of which I stayed there. I'd love to come back.

The communicative exchange with Lead Apartments was smooth and uncomplicated. For further bookings in the area, we will preferably return to Lead Apartments and the accommodation.

We enjoyed our time at Julia’s place. While we did not get to meet her, the woman tending the property was very lovely and kind. She made us feel right at home and took care of us well. The surroundings are beautiful. We very highly recommend renting bikes from Mittelelbe Radverleih. The owner was so very kind, accommodating, and generous. He delivered the bikes right to the AirBnb and came back to pick them up 24 hours later. We biked around downtown Wittenberg one day and then along the Elbe river the next day. This was our favorite thing!

Highly recommended!! We had 3 very nice days in Janina's accommodation. We especially liked the furnishings. Very nice furniture and decor. And nice little extras for everyday use. Nothing was missing. Thanks again 🥰

For our travel group of 5 adults and 2 children, the loft was absolutely perfect: enough retreats for everyone, two bathrooms and more than enough space to eat together at the large table. I can highly recommend the apartment for families with children - there are many play and exercise options, both indoors and outdoors! Many thanks to Jenny and Michael!

Very clean and very quiet !

The flat is very well-situated, in a quiet street close to the train station and city center. The two bikes are in a very good state, and this is so nice to ride to discover Leipzig ! The flat is very clean, well furnished with two big rooms and a well-equiped kitchen. Just two warnings for sensitive persons: it slightly smells cigarette and there is no shutters (only curtains) (day light comes early in june !)

Great apartment where all the necessities were available. We slept well, ate well and enjoyed the morning coffee on the patio. We'd love to come back. The host Lisbe was easy to communicate with.

We were super happy with the place. It was very cozy and tastefully furnished, you can feel right at home.

Wonderfully clean, very well-equipped apartment (I can't remember ever staying in such a well-equipped airbnb). Perfect room layout for us. The roof terrace is a real highlight, especially in particular in the summer. Communication with Larissa was very friendly and always very fast. She even received us personally. We would book again at any time if we come to Magdeburg again.

While the pictures used on Airbnb were accurate, it’s an even prettier space when you arrive. Bea was super responsive and helpful and flexible when I needed to adjust the duration of my stay. I would definitely stay here again and thank Bea for her help with accommodations during my stay.

Well equipped flat and nice quiet neighbourhood.

The apartment absolutely exceeded our expectations! The two hosts Gregor & Mathis were super friendly, helpful and responsive at all times. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail, very clean and cozy – you immediately feel comfortable. It is located on the ground floor and most of the windows are mirrored which allows for appearance and prevents you from looking in. The location is great: the connection to downtown is great and several supermarkets are within walking distance. The apartment is located in a larger residential complex, so there is always something going on and through the clairaudient walls you get something – but the neighbors are very nice and happy to help with questions. Overall a great stay with a 5-star place. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is very tastefully furnished and also well maintained and clean. The location is good, even if there is not much going on around it, you can quickly reach many great corners from here. The balcony is sunny and protected by the chestnut tree. Loved it. We would recommend the apartment to our family and friends.
