Über den nach Westen ausgerichteten Wohnraum geht es direkt auf den eigenen, geschützten Freisitz mit Blick in die Natur. Die Küche wie auch die übrige Einrichtung wurde von einem ortsansässigen Schreiner mit regionalem Holz gefertigt. Details, Stoffe und Farben wurden liebevoll zum Wohlfühlen ausgewählt

This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).
