Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grainau

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

We had a wonderful getaway in Allgäu. Petra and Hartmut are super nice people. The room and bath were very clean and cozy. We had a list of recommendations on what to do, where to eat, etc. Coffee maker and fridge were provided, as well as cutlery and crockery, so you could have nice breakfast every morning. We did this on the terrace with great views. What to keep in mind is that all supermarkets close at 8 pm. All purchases should be done beforehand. The restaurant is a 2-minute walk away. Gasthof Engelbräu Brewery is also highly recommended. We didn't miss anything and we would come back anytime!

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. A great place, beautiful cosy house, close to the train station (2 min walk) that gets you to both Garmisch Classic and Zugspitze. Great host. Would love to ho again.

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. We had fantastic hiking weather - and the accommodation was the ideal starting point: In just 15 minutes you are in Imst to explore a scenic and alpine high-altitude trail with the gondola. In 45 minutes you can reach the highest waterfall in Tyrol (Stuibenfall in the Ötztal), and if you are looking to cool off, you can drive to the Plansee in 50 minutes and swim or walk through the gorge (Stuibenfälle meeting point for canyoning). The kitchen is a real highlight for self-catering - rarely so well equipped on Airbnb! Especially great: the guest card, which Peter proactively organized for us (thank you!), with which you can gondola in Imst for free every day. For families, there is a small sandbox, a large terrace with a fireplace and a spectacular view. Note: The terrace is shared with the neighbors. We were very lucky with them - nevertheless, a privacy screen would be pleasant when sunbathing while cooking next door 😉

Great apartment. The place is also very good. Only thing there is no washing machine and dish washer. When we stay long time it is better have these facility. It is my suggestion to mr Patric to have this dish washer and washing machine

We felt totally comfortable from the first moment. The reception was super warm. The apartment was clean, modern, lovingly furnished, cozy. Parking directly in front of the door, supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes. Everything was fine for us. We would come back anytime :)!

We absolutely loved Christine's place. It's located on the hills beside Innsbruck and has a great view of the mountains. It's a very serene and beautiful place and close enough to city's attractions. The house had everything we needed and more. She had placed multiple guides related to Innsbruck in the apartment, which is very thoughtful. Christine was very helpful and prompt in helping us out with any issues that we faced. we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

The apartment captivates with its breathtaking view. The rooms are sufficiently large, as are the bathrooms. Underfloor heating and cozy beds complete the package. There are many, varied restaurants and shopping facilities in the vicinity. The house is in a quiet area, the outdoor terrace has plenty of space and sunlight. Communication with Katrin was straightforward and the answers were quick. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days there. We will be happy to come back.

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

Loved staying at Marcel’s apartment. I have been to Garmisch many times and this was one of the best places yet. The yard for my pup Brody was great, he got a chance to hang in the sun yesterday. Very peaceful and quiet. Walkable to Both Partikirchen and Garmisch. Easy to walk to nearby trails. Highly would recommend and would stay again if available.

We stayed with Violetta for 5 days, were greeted in a very friendly manner and were able to reach Violetta at any time. The apartment is in a very quiet area overlooking the magnificent nature. Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

It is a perfect apartment for a small family with great views from the balcony. Christina welcomed us and was very kind to help us with some good recommendation on restaurant and places around.

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. We spent 12 days there on summer vacation in the preseason. The apartment is perfectly equipped, lovingly furnished and from the private terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains. By bike or car, an ideal location for activities in all 4 directions. Simone was very friendly, unobtrusive and gave us some tips. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment.

Super great apartment in the heart of GaPa. Everything was quick to reach, clean, very cozy, nothing was missing. Bakers, butchers and restaurants all nearby. Four days when we didn't need the car

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break

We had a wonderful stay of three days in this great accommodation in Pfronten! The location is absolutely central – perfect for exploring the area, whether on foot or by car. Everything you need for a relaxing stay was available: the apartment was super clean, very cozy and equipped with everything – from various coffee makers to small loving details that make the stay special. Maria was warm, helpful and approachable at all times. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back. Clear recommendation!
