We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Agustina! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I felt very well taken care of from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay!

A perfect stay on all sides From the moment I arrived, everything was amazing. The hosts were super friendly, attentive and always available for any questions or needs. The house was impeccably clean, with attention to detail that is noticeable from the first moment. In addition, the aroma of the place was simply enchanting, something that made the experience even more welcoming. The location is excellent: close to everything I needed, but at the same time quiet and perfect for resting. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for making my stay so special!

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We were 4 people who rented this apartment for a week. The apartment was very clean and modern, with good facilities such as a swimming pool and a short walking distance to the beach. The host was very friendly and made recommendations on everything from nearby restaurants to grocery stores to do weekly shopping. Here you get a lot for your money and it is definitely a place to recommend!

The apartment is perfect for more people. Two bathrooms with shampoo and shower liquid, a large kitchen and a large living room, and a terrace with a beautiful view of palm trees, the beach and the sea. The apartment has TV,internet ,vacuum cleaner,washing machine ,dishwasher and two cribs and even toys for the beach. In the kitchen enough dishes and silverware , electric kettle,oven ,microwave and other necessary small items. The caregiver was very helpful, which was the nice lady ALENA,who handed us the keys. It was on time. She also arranged for crib bedding. She was in constant contact with us on whats app, she responded immediately. If I plan to stay in Santa Pola, I will be happy to take advantage of Thomas's offer and I look forward to working with Alena again.

A lovely place in a great neighborhood, perfect with dog. Always great and very friendly communication. Everything we needed was there, we felt cared for and welcome. Very clean, absolutely spotless! Also close to the beach. 10/10 points, nothing to complain about; would definitely recommend and stay here again :) :)

We were very pleased with the space and its amenities. Unfortunately, we did not have a car and so it was a bit cumbersome to discover something in the area. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. We would come back!

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

Felix's apartment is beautiful, spacious, has a nice balcony, full of comforts and has a great bed! You can walk to the sea within 5 minutes. Good restaurants are nearby. Alicante is worth a visit. We had wonderful days and we definitely recommend Felix's B&B!

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

Mayte a wonderful host. Prepared to help since we hired, and very helpful in helping us. Very friendly at the front desk. And the place, the best view imaginable. Very comfortable, well-equipped. The urbanization, of a family nature, quiet. Great pool, very well maintained grounds. Unbeatable surroundings, the beach at the door. And the service staff, the doorkeepers and others, very attentive also to help. We would really like to come back again.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Fabulous apartment with great views on a beautiful golf complex. The apartment was immaculate, with very comfortable beds. Pool towels were provided which was a bonus. The pool area was beautifully kept, as were all the grounds, it was also very quiet and very relaxing. You do need a car to get to restaurants and shops, but there are lots of great places to eat 15 minutes from the apartment. Christian was a great host, very quick to respond to our questions. We hope to visit Las Colinas again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this incredible and beautifully decorated apartment in Alicante. With two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a stunning terrace overlooking the most breathtaking sea view imaginable, this place truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – perfect for both a longer holiday or a quick weekend getaway. The complex also offers several lovely pools, including one that’s heated, as well as a well-maintained gym area and a court for padel and other activities – ideal for those who like to stay active during their vacation. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the service. The hosts were outstanding – so helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible experience. Nothing was ever a problem, and their warm hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. We’re so grateful we had the chance to stay here – we can wholeheartedly recommend this place!!

Great location - super quiet, but only a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach and a row of restaurants and little shops. We ate out every evening. Spacious & modern apartment with a lovely outdoor area. Pool was a good size and really quiet. Great welcome by Jonas’ parents. Great communication by Jonas leading up to our stay. I’d recommend hiring a car if you want to get about as we found booking taxi’s quite hard work! Overall, would highly recommend! We travelled with two children and we had everything we needed.

Nice accommodation with a lovely roof terrace overlooking the pool area. Highly recommended.

Jose's place was perfect for a get away with my parents. Jose was great at communicating including details for arrival, local recommendations and answering any questions I had. The apartment was spotless! There were a few seasonings available and toiletries which made our initial arrival that bit easier. The view from the balcony was superb and made mornings that bit more enjoyable. Despite the hill and boardwalk up from the beach, we will definitely return.
