Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Gran Alacant

Hanna was amazing, so friendly & extremely nice & so so helpful, better English than myself. Bus stop outside the gate of the apartment complex & tram stop 10 min walk. The apartment was beautiful, clean, modern & glass at front of the room looking out at the sea folded completely back & doors in the kitchen opened, this caused a beautiful breeze & was fab in the heat. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms all spotless & modern. 15 min walk to Lidl & beach front with all restaurants, bars & shops, just the vet the bridge . Swimming pool was fab too. We would highly recommend this apartment.

We had a lovely stay at John &Tatiana’s Apartment. The place was very well equipped and it was spotless. It had a nice coffee machine, extra fridge and we also enjoyed the use of the on site sauna. Lovely pool and the complex is modern and everyone was quite friendly. I would highly recommend. The communication with John & Tatiana was excellent. It would be quite advantageous to have the use of a car.

Absolutely loved our stay in Alicante! The apartment boasted a truly beautiful view that we couldn't get enough of. Its great location meant everything was within easy reach, and having a lovely beach right next to us was a huge bonus. To top it all off, our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

There are many swimming pools and a nice pool bar in the area. The gym was also very functional. In May, there is no congestion anywhere. The apartment is clean and very functional. The terrace is spacious and the morning sun shines there. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Access to the garage the first time was difficult, as we did not realize to pick up the garage keys from inside the apartment. There are also many driving routes to the stable. I would have liked some guidance on this. There was a problem with the window blinds, but the matter was quickly corrected.

Would highly recommend booking this apartment at Flamenca Village and contact with the host, Amelia, was really good and we were well informed prior to booking and when we arrived in Spain. The property was really clean, spacious and modern with balcony views overlooking a pool. The housekeeper, Agnieszka, was brilliant, and organised for transport back to the airport which was great. Both were contactable throughout the stay and location was good, 10 minutes walk to beach and 2 minute walk to supermarket. We wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

We loved it! Nuria and Jose Manuel are the best host, so consideratre and responsive. This is a high spec apartment, everything is in new like condition. The apartment is close the beach and also a tram station that gives access to other beaches and the centre of town. There is a on site pool, amazing! very clean and the entire garden grounds are so well kept. We had three young kids and they played joyfully in the pool every day. The bedrooms have black out blinds which is great to get and keep the kids to sleep. Our three year old accidently broke a plate and Nuria was so relaxed about it. We would come again, so safe, great weather, grounds and truly couldn't have asked for anything more. We would come again!

The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

Excellent apartment. Clean, equipped with all comforts, two neat bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning works well. The roof terrace is great and there are plenty of chairs. We were 2 people. Swimming pool is wonderful and warm enough in June. The crowds were not too bad because not all the houses were occupied. There are some restaurants within walking distance (10 - 12 minutes). The only tip is that there may be a parasol or canopy on the roof terrace. Then I would give the apartment a 10, now a 9.5.

Felix's apartment is beautiful, spacious, has a nice balcony, full of comforts and has a great bed! You can walk to the sea within 5 minutes. Good restaurants are nearby. Alicante is worth a visit. We had wonderful days and we definitely recommend Felix's B&B!

This is my second stay at Diane’s place and I wish I could have stayed longer. Next trip is already booked! This really is a luxurious apartment and I feel privileged to have spent the past two weeks there. It is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and has amazing views. The gym and the tennis, squash and basketball courts are great extras. You can walk for miles along the beach, go for a swim and then go to the gym! You cannot wish for a nicer host than Diane. She does everything she can to make it an enjoyable stay and am looking forward to my next trip.

An unforgettable stay, we would have stayed in the house all the holidays. It has a special charm, the house does not lack a detail. It's ideal for going with a pet. We felt at home. It is a quiet area with good transport links. The host Eduardo was not there (but attentive to what we needed), but his sister Ana was with her dog Milna, who we fell in love with. Without a doubt, if we return to Alicante, we would love to stay at Casa LA COVA. Thank you very much, I wish there were many accommodations like this

Everything was perfect, very nice space for long stays. The location is very good, close to the main tram station and several bus stops.

We had a lovely experience booking this place for remote work. Dominika and her mom were very supportive, responded promptly and helped with all of our questions. The place was clean, had a lot of space and all of the essentials we needed (even snacks, so the attention to detail was very nice). They provided bikes, which were really helpful as we got around the town quite fast (10-15 mins until the beach, gym or mall). There are 2 bus stations really close (1 min away) for the bus going to Torrevieja (which is 1.6 euros for the ride). The supermarket is 5 mins away and there are a lot of activities (padel, tennis) close by too. The pool was really nice as well and the neighbourhood is really peaceful. We recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting Los Altos! Thank you for everything, Dominika! ❤️

We stayed here for a month, and had everything we needed for long stay. House is cosy, neighbourhood feels private.

The house was very nice and comfortable, clean and equipped with everything I needed, but what really distinguished the experience was the wonderful host. From the first moment, I felt that I was in safe hands - he was always communicating, helping even before I asked for it, and treating guests as if they were close friends. I felt the sincerity of his interest and hospitality, and his presence was a reason for my comfort and reassurance throughout the stay. This is not just a stay, but an experience full of appreciation and humanity, and I wish everyone had a host like him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I look forward to returning as soon as possible.

We were a group of 5 visiting Spain for the first time so we were a bit anxious about traveling abroad. From the beginning, Gjyri Helén and Sigmund were incredibly welcoming. They provided clear check-in/out instructions and thoughtful local tips. Communication was excellent, and we felt at home. The house was beautiful. We especially loved the rooftop terrace and beautiful courtyard. It’s a short walk to the beach, which made the location perfect. The bathrooms were great for a group with double sinks, spacious layouts, and a nice overhead shower. The kitchen chairs with tilting backs were amazing, and all the furniture was comfortable and matched the home’s vibe. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to spend as much time at the house as we would’ve liked since we were in town for a wedding. We would have loved more downtime there. Still, it’s an excellent spot for a beach vacation, whether it’s your first time in Spain or not. Highly recommend this location, and we would love to revisit.

We had an amazing week at Hans’ lovely house! We were a big family — 8 adults and 4 kids — and the house was just perfect for us. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and having a fridge and toilet right by the pool was super convenient. 😃 We took the train in the evenings to El Campello, Alicante, and Villajoyosa — getting around was really easy. For groceries, we just took an Uber to the nearest store and did a big shop. We were told in advance that there might be some construction noise from a nearby property, and we could either choose a different house or get a discount. When we let them know there had been some noise, we got a message right away saying the discount was being sent. That really showed us the host is honest and fair.
