Holiday rentals with a sauna in Valencian Community

The apartment has a very nice view, it is spacious and well-equipped for 6. The linens are of very good quality, the services too. The host is very attentive, there were a lot of products offered for our welcome. Julian stayed in touch with us during our stay, he always advised us, although we did not meet him, his neighbor Noé came to greet us very kindly for him. Thank you.

The accommodation is very complete,you have to do everything from rest to having a few games to the villar,like to hit a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi and the cleanliness is 10.The beds are very comfortable we will repeat in other times everything perfect.

Super cozy, quiet area with lovely walking paths nearby. One tip is to rent a car as it is a short distance to the nearest grocery store. If you want peace and quiet, this is a great place

we stayed in Teresa's apartment for a week,are delighted it was everything in the apartment of toothbrush, toothpaste,hairdryer toilet paper ,iron a great coffee maker,we felt comfortable. even with the return flight Teresa helped us. Marie who gave us the keys was a nice lady. we say thank you so much we will definitely be back.👍👍❤️

Beautiful appartment, all things are brand new, loved the view, the location which is not far from the beach, has a supermarket nearby and has a good bus connection. We used also the indoor and outdoor pool a lot and the basketball playground with my daughter. Laura, the host, was very helpful in all we needed.

The photos and description matched, the beach was very close and easy to walk to, we went by car because we had 2 kids but with the house parking it made everything more comfortable. There was everything and much more to enjoy the pools and the beach, ideal for families! Rest guaranteed!

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

A very comfy and well equipped house!

Excellent welcome from Vicente. Impeccable apartment with everything you need (shower gel, dish soap, aluminum paper, toilet paper,...: we didn't have to buy anything). A bottle of fresh wine was waiting for us. Special mention for the bedding which is of excellent quality. In short, a place to recommend unreservedly.

Elena and Felix are very friendly hosts and gave us helpful tips on excursions and restaurants right from the start. The sparkling clean apartment is cozy and equipped with every comfort. Highlighted is the comfortable mattress - we slept wonderfully. A special highlight are the terraces, which are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture and offer magnificent views. The presence of a car is very useful due to the location of the apartment. All in all: a highly recommended holiday home!!

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

A very pleasant stay. Everything was very clean and it was very well equipped. The hostess and her son are very kind and attentive to everything. Close to the beach, 10 min walk and very quiet area. The 10th urbanization with all the care. It's a place I'd repeat without hesitation.

We really enjoyed the stay, the development is very comfortable and the beach is a 10-minute walk away and it's a very good beach. There are good restaurants to walk to and the children have enjoyed both the paddle tennis court and the soccer court. We'd like to repeat!

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.

We had the most amazing stay at Maria and Marta's home. The views were spectacular and it was such a relaxing environment. We loved how much there was to do close by as well. The home had everything that we needed. the outdoor kitchen was a particular highlight, especially this area with the carbonero (it's name is great tit in the UK), nesting inside the trunk of Carob tree, which was an extra treat to witness. Maria and Marta were very helpful and accommodating. The perfect stay in a beautiful location!

I recommend staying at this location. Feel at home, lovely clean pool . Lots of kitchen utensils and utensils, storage space. Very friendly host. It's nice to go out in the morning with a cup of coffee in the garden. The area is luxurious, paddle court outdoor and indoor pool. We had a great vacation with the kids. I recommend renting all the sights and the beach for 7-15 minutes by car. Shopping mall and grocery stores 3-5 minutes.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Each of the guests couldn’t stop saying how beautiful the villa was, the view was absolutely stunning! The villa had everything we needed and more. Very clean and felt so homely. The hosts were super responsive and answered any questions we had quickly! Thank you - we will definitely be back ☺️

We had an amazing week at Hans’ lovely house! We were a big family — 8 adults and 4 kids — and the house was just perfect for us. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and having a fridge and toilet right by the pool was super convenient. 😃 We took the train in the evenings to El Campello, Alicante, and Villajoyosa — getting around was really easy. For groceries, we just took an Uber to the nearest store and did a big shop. We were told in advance that there might be some construction noise from a nearby property, and we could either choose a different house or get a discount. When we let them know there had been some noise, we got a message right away saying the discount was being sent. That really showed us the host is honest and fair. We can warmly recommend this house and would love to come back again! Kind regards Tom Harald Johnsen Norway

We only spent one night but it was great, the place was perfect and Roberto was helpful at all times, we will be back!

We have been 7 people now at the end of May, and everything has been as described and as I have seen that they provide comments from other people. A good stay, huge rooms, good communication with the host. A clean, cozy and spacious place in a really quiet place. Several of us in the group commented that we had slept very well.

When we arrived we meet with Maike, who showed us the place and listed a few spots in the area, and a taxi service if needed, the Villa was lovely and had everything needed, the kids loved the pool and the downstairs pool table and gym. It's in a quite spot away from traffic, the rooftop has a lovely view into Benidorm. It's about 15 minute walk to the town which we did not mind as it was a lovely week, you can call a taxi cost between 6 to 8 euro. Overall it was a lovely holiday, great Villa and would recommand to anyone.
