Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Grand Union Canal

Everything was wonderful. We landed early and Rachel was able to get us checked in a little early. Directions were clear and check-in was simple. There is a bus stop just down the street which made getting into town really easy. There are also grocery stores within a 10 minute walk (or 2 bus stops). We travelled around the country quite a bit but used the house as a home base. It worked out really well for us. Would stay again for sure.

Don and Amos were always on hand for communication place was clean and the lads said it suited their needs

Good, clean place to stay in a reasonable convenient location and the flat has great amenities. Front door is a bit stiff but otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

Rohail is a genuinely lovely guy and he and I spent lots of time talking about life and putting the world to rights. I felt very comfortable in his company and he was extremely friendly and accommodating and I never felt as if anything was too much trouble. The house is in a good location close to M1 and A5, easy to get to Luton, Dunstable, Bedford and Milton Keynes . The local area is very quiet and secure and the property itself is cosy and homely. I would definitely recommend.

Mark was very attentive making sure everything ran smoothly. He made us feel very welcome . We needed a place that would accommodate the family and the dogs. It certainly did that. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We have stayed in Milton Keynes for 5 years, every November, as we come for a Girlie's Christmas Shopping Trip, annually. Sandra's house was by far the best we have ever stayed in. It was perfect for our needs. We had a bedroom each, 2 were en-suite and the beds were very comfortable and every bedroom had a TV. Would highly recommend and definitely will be looking to return.

The best location if you have flight at Luton. If you have a car will make you more convenient to luton center . There are no nearly supermarkets or restaurants . But house is very nice and quiet. Highly recommend!

Victoria’s place was homely and comfortable with lots of space - exactly what we needed for a family weekend. Victoria even left biscuits for our dog. Three good-sized double bedrooms plus a fold-out bed in the study. Plentiful, hot water, warm radiators and a well-equipped kitchen. The annexe was self-contained with its own toilet and shower. 15/20 minute walk to the high street or the park. The closest bit of countryside we discovered was across the field and out to Captains Wood. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was in a very good condition: extremely clean and bright throughout.

We stayed here for the British F1 GP. Good location close to the circuit if you're driving and close to one of the shuttle bus park and ride locations if you're doing it that way. The flat was just what we needed, comfortable and uncomplicated. Benedikt was great with communication and even gave us a lift on a couple of occasions to the circuit drop off points. Highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kirsty’s place. Check in was incredibly easy and hassle free. The apartment was clean and spacious with everything neatly laid out and with everything you need for a pleasant stay provided. The apartment is finished to a high standard and the bed is very comfortable.

The location is another big plus, as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need—an oven, stove, washing machine, small fridge, and even an iron with a stand. daniel was very friendly and helpful with the whole process the room was very tidy and clean and he even offered to check in on my pet while i popped out! very good host will definitely be staying here again in the future!
