Were here for 1 week and what a great place ! Spacious apartment, view is phenomenal, swimming pool great. Everything you need for a nice holiday. A car is recommended because it is 2 km to the village below and the lake via a steep road. A bakery, mini supermarket and pizzeria within walking distance. The garden is beautiful and the host responds very quickly if you have a question or suggestion. An absolute must to explore the northern part of Lake Como

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described – if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a dream house . The highlight, though, was the window view – absolutely stunning! Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was breathtaking and made every moment even more special. The host was responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. For the quality, comfort, and experience, this place is absolutely worth the money. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

Very nice place to stay with direct proximity to the lake. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach and restaurants and a supermarket are also within walking distance. Gravedona as a rather small community has everything you need. However, you can also get to larger cities like Tremezzo quickly and also get everywhere by ferry.

We were here after noisy Paris and I want to tell you that these apartments are like spa procedures that restore you. The view from these apartments to the lake is like the most delicious Italian dish. Evenings on the balcony with a glass of champagne (which was left for us by the owner as a compliment) were unforgettable. The apartments are very modern, suitable for a large family, there is a fireplace (I can imagine what cozy evenings there are in winter near the fireplace). Very friendly and pleasant host. The apartments were so clean that it felt like we were the first visitors. I will say this - this is apartments where you want to return.

We had a great time at Barbara’s place. It was in the middle of the village with a beautiful view of the lake. It was quiet, clean. The kitchen had all the supplies to be able to cook and serve breakfast. Barbara was very responsive and kind. There is no AC but there’s a breeze at night and a fan. There were several bars and restaurants right down the street (but no noise!). The nearest grassy beach is about 10minutes by foot. Great Air Bnb! Would definitely recommend! Thank you, Barbara.

Good Communication and Apartment with a really nice view!

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

We had a great time at Mattia’s place. It is located in a very beautiful section of the lake, with few tourists and breathtaking views over the nearby mountains. The apartment is brand new and air-conditioning came in very handy with the heat. It is perfectly clean and comfortable.

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

We had a great time at Lake Como ❤️ The apartment is very tidy and well equipped. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The absolute highlight is the view from the two balconies! Lake Como is just beautiful! The apartment is located in Brenzio: a small village with great charm! It is important to know that the roads are very narrow. It takes some courage and practice if the car is bigger than a Fiat Panda :D But there are enough parking options nearby – you just have to walk a few meters through the beautiful village. The pizzeria in the village is a must! Thank you for the great apartment and the wonderful time! We will be happy to come back. ❤️

Beautiful stay with an amazing view!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

I had a super, quiet and relaxing time in the apartment. Everything was perfectly clean and the communication always worked very well! Despite the relatively bad weather, I was able to take some nice walks and excursions on foot. The nature around the apartment is beautiful and the hot tub also served its purpose 👍 Thank you Chiara and family for the pleasant stay.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!
