Holiday rentals with beach access in Gravedona ed Uniti

Belle expérience dans ce logement. Vue exceptionnelle, emplacement très bien et appartement parfaitement propre! De plus Moreno est très accueillant et flexible pour les heures d'arrivée/ départ. Juste un petit point d'amélioration : nous aurions apprécié qu'il y ait un petit fond de maison pour l'arrivée. Au global nous recommandons fortement cet appartement, merci Moreno !

Absolutely wonderful stay and amazing host. The apartment was exactly as described and the views and location were perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony, looking over the water and watching and hearing the people below. There are 2 wine bars just outside the door and also many restaurants. Alberto picked us up at the station and explained the apartment and area. Giorgio’s kindness was immeasurable. The trains had unexpectedly stopped running and he personally booked our transportation back to Milan and drove us to meet a new express bus. We could have never done this without him, as this was unpublished at the time. What a wonderful man! Varenna is a beautiful small village and there are many outstanding restaurants and things to do. Our highlight was taking a cooking class with Chef Marco, Chef’s Table, and later dining at his new restaurant, La Scarpetta. We recommend visiting the villas in town, taking the Taxi Boat to Villa Balbianello and hiking to the waterfall in Fiumelatte.

Wonderful stay and the view is amazing. The hosts are proactive and went extra mile to ensure not only my stay at their place but also the visit to Varenna is comfortable. They even went out of way to inform me that the trains are not working on the day of my vacating and in case I plan to leave Varenna, they suggested alternate modes and booking details. Very responsive, and kind to respond to me even at 11 pm in the night. The place is clean and cute with all you may need for a great stay. The bed is comfortable. The cute note they shared while vacating, and a beautiful handwritten“thank you “ note sealed the deal for me ❤️

Andrea’s apartment is extraordinary. The terrace and the bedrooms overlook the lake and the entire apartment is spotless and well equipped. We are so grateful for our time in Varenna and beautiful lake Como. To top it off our host helped us secure a reservation at Al Prato a very hard to get into restaurant located just across the square from our apartment. Best dining and service we had - highly recommend Andrea’s apartment. It is magical.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! This place is divine. The view overlooking the lake never gets old and provides so much tranquility. I stayed here with my boyfriend and we asked for the single beds to be merged and it was not a problem for Michaela or for us. The single beds are large and together even larger for a double. The bed and linen were very comfortable and provided a good nights sleep. This place has every amenity you can think of including a wet suit! Driving in was easy and the probate parking lot was ample. It’s away from restaurants and tourists which makes the location even more tranquil. This place is perfect for a couple or two girlfriends! Looking forward to returning to this place on our next trip to Lake como!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Annas schöner Wohnung sehr genossen! Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und sauber, die Gegend idyllisch und die Aussicht ein Traum. Anna war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, ganz lieben Dank!

Ettore's place was perfect for my wife and me! It matched the description well and was very clean. It is perfectly located right by the Varenna square and a short walk down to the water. Ettore picked us up off of the train and helped us get settled. Upon check-out we walked to the train station which is about 10-minutes away. The best part of the apartment is its location. Out the front door there is an excellent restaurant (Il Cavitappi) and wine shop (In Vinis Veritas). Albergo del Sole is a couple of (short) blocks away and is perfect for pizza. Gelato and breakfast stops are also very close. We rented a boat for the day and the dock is also very close to the apartment.

Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Wir hatten als Familie einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Das Haus war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Sogar Kinderspielzeug stand zur Verfügung. Der Garten ist toll und bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Berge am Comersee. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Leider gab es zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes Bauarbeiten auf den Nachbargrundstücken, sodass es tagsüber von Montag-Freitag zum Teil lauter wurde. Zudem ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig. Diese Kleinigkeiten trübten den Aufenthalt allerdings kaum merklich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

The place was great, made me feel just like home, with great amenities and spotless clean. Federico was a great host, friendly, easy to talk. The location is just great, walkable distance from main objectives of the city. If I come again in Como, i would choose the same location :) Thank you for a great experience

N'hésitez pas à louer l'appart de Luigi. Il est bien situé. La vue est imprenable, c'est magnifique. Tout le nécessaire est fourni. Sel, poivre, huile d'olive. Lit très confortable, nous avons bien dormi. Endroit bien sécuritaire également. Quelques restaurants se font en marchant. Pour l'épicerie, quelques minutes en voiture. L'appartement est très propre et soucieux de l'environnement. Matière recyclable. Nous avons passés un bon moment.

First time visiting Veranna. Great location; 5 minute walk to train station and less than 5 minutes to ferry. House was well stocked and cozy. Lovely garden. Perfect for family of five.

Soggiorno fantastico, la casa è molto pulita in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro di Gravedona, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Il giardino intorno all’appartamento è davvero ampio con una veranda carinissima per fare cene con gli amici e in compagnia. Casa accessoriata di tutto, Nicola, il figlio di Monica davvero disponibile e gentile, attento alle nostre esigenze. Soggiorno impeccabile lo consiglio per una vacanza relax !

Emplacement parfait pour se déplacer uniquement à pied et en bateau Proche du port ( 2 min à pied) et des restaurants Terrasse avec vue magnifique et coucher de soleil sur le lac. Double vitrage qui filtre bien le bruit de la ville mais l’appartement reste en hyper centre. Garage fermé à disposition

The apartment is just as described on Airbnb. It is literally a 2-min walk from Varrena train station, ferry points and everything else (mini markets, restaurants) is at walkable distance. Fabio is very responsive and helpful, definitely recommend this property!

We had a great stay. Arriving by ferry, almost opposite the apartment, Gian was waiting to greet us. The apartment is just as described, perfect for a few nights. Gian offered us lots of suggestions, including tips for the hiking we planned to do up the mountain, which was amazing. A beautiful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Es war alles super! Alessandro hat extrem schnell auf die Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist optimal für Personen, die flexibel mit dem Auto sind. Der Balkon ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber gereinigt.

The views from the apartment are truly insane. Every window stayed open our entire trip so we could soak it all in. Rosa was very responsive especially when a landslide blocked one of the roads and she communicated an alternative route to reach the AirBnb. She also helped us out by sending us 3 taxi driver numbers when we needed a ride out of Bellagio. We enjoyed being a little off the beaten path in Careno. It was an easy walk into Nesso. FYI there is a dock at the base of Careno so if you charter a boat they can pick you up there. Highly recommend!

Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.

Having never been to Como i had no idea what to expect, but Argegno was frankly the ideal spot to land for a newbie. Busy but not hectic, serene but never quiet, the bnb location was perfect for exploring the rest of Como. The place itself was lovely—clean and modern with views over the piazza and lake just past it. Would highly recommend for new visitors to Como.
