Light-filled VILLA 30min v Graz 650m2

This light-filled villa is located in the volcano land & is perfect for seminas or large family weekends, yoga days, cooking classes, & much more. It features 2 fully equipped kitchens & strong WiFi. Situated in the magnificent southeast of Styria, it's only 30 min away from Graz, 15 min from Gleichenberg thermal bath, various spas & apprx 25 min from three large archery activity parks. It's also a wonderful place to relax & spend time together. The villa is in the village but still secluded :)

Country house with pool, unique location

The vacation home is divided into three separately divided apartments, each of which has a bathroom, toilet, air conditioning, kitchen, terrace, a separate entrance and access to the pool. The apartments can be rented individually, or the whole house. In this listing, the entire property of 180 m² is rented for a maximum of 10 people.
