Sleep well in the 2 beautiful queen bed rooms with plush mattresses , lots of pillows, and soft sheets. Modern tiled bathroom downstairs with tub shower combo. An open loft with 2 twin beds, and 1/2 bath upstairs. Tiny house type floor plan with spacious feel; vaulted ceilings and lots of windows and great lighting . We live less than 1 mile from the cottage, so we are quickly available for anything the guests need. We will meet guests with the key or if it’s after hours, there is a lockbox. The house is minutes from I-26, yet it feels like the heart of the country, with views of the mountains and cattle grazing in the field next door. Popular tourist destinations Asheville, Greenville, Tryon, Landrum, and Hendersonville are nearby. Plenty of parking in the concrete driveway with turnaround so you can exit safely since our road can get busy at times. Caution, Please be aware of the loft ladder type access if you have toddler age children or babies, this might not be the rental for you. The loft is 8’5” from the living room floor. There will be an escape ladder under the twin beds upstairs that can be hung out the upstairs window in case of fire.

This beautiful 600 sq foot cottage is perfect for vacation or long weekend getaways! It is a one bedroom, queen bed, with a blow up mattress. Wifi, streaming tv, full kitchen, gas grill, and pet friendly! ( Max 2 pets) It has a nice firepit outside with fairy lights to enjoy your evenings. This unique place has an all-of-its-own style. It's a short drive to downtown.. just about 5 min. The grocery store is about 3 min. away and the gas station is about a minute and a half drive. The place is great for couples of any age, any occasion, or a small family with up to 2 small children. The living room has a full-size futon and bedding is provided. Good to mention also, that there is no lake but a pond across the street. Fishing is allowed!
