We stayed there for a week. Dustin was super uncomplicated to reach, we were well informed in advance and questions were answered quickly. Key handover and explanation were given on site personally, but Dustin was also immediately available for questions. Everything was as in the photos and description, the kitchen was perfectly stocked and we lacked nothing. The area was perfect for us with the bikes and super convenient that you could park it in the extra shed. You should know that there is still plenty of construction around it, but we are late sleepers and were not disturbed by construction noise, as the windows and shutters gave us the peace of mind. We also enjoyed the garden/ terrace and the barbecue was used. We would book/recommend this property again at any time and especially Dustin as a host.

My mother and I spent 4 wonderful nights in Rysum. We felt right at home when we entered the apartment. The decor was very tasteful and the small decorative details rounded it all off. We would definitely recommend the apartment and would like to book it again. From the apartment, you can reach the enchanting town of Greetsiel in just under 20 minutes by car. We were now guests at Elke's for the 3rd time and, as always, very satisfied. This time we were in another apartment and also more than satisfied with it. The amenities are very thoughtful and just perfect. In the kitchen and bathroom there is everything you need. The beautiful garden is just perfect especially for travelers with children. The furniture is very tasteful and coordinated with each other, travel cot and high chair are present. Definitely recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was cozy, clean, and felt like a home away from home. The space is a perfect choice for a group of four or a small family, offering enough room to relax comfortably after a day out. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and smooth, which made our experience stress-free. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions we had. Another big plus is the prime location everything we needed was within walking distance, from restaurants to public transport. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

The accommodation is in a quiet area, clean and spacious. The hosts are also super sweet, so we felt right at home. We had a nice time and would definitely go there again!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, everything necessary was available, it was quite spacious and well located. It is important for some that the adjacent neighbors, who want to use the sauna, walk directly through the garden, which was initially a matter of getting used to, also because we had a dog with us, for whom it was rather surprising that someone suddenly walked through the garden :) A parasol would complete the equipment, 😊 otherwise we were super satisfied!

We had a wonderful time in the north. The place looks like the pictures. The rooms were all clean! Towels, bathrobes and linens were sufficiently available. Small shortcoming: A rag in the kitchen would have been good, but we simply bought it:) Unfortunately, the barbecue was not directly usable on arrival, as the previous tenants left it in a disgusting condition - but the landlords can't help it! We will be happy to come back! :)

I highly recommend the place — we felt very comfortable and especially for a large group the house is ideal. There is also a lot to do in the area.

We really enjoyed our short stay here in Emden. The house is renovated lovely and tastefully and is within walking distance from the center and the main sights. Parking was non-problematic and was for free on the street of the residence.

It was a nice stay, the apartment is superbly furnished, clean and has everything you need. I can only recommend the apartment and its hosts! :)

We, 3 generations, enjoyed the family break very much and felt totally comfortable. We lacked nothing, everything was thought of, even a nice surprise was ready to welcome us. We can recommend the house 100%.

Very nice place, perfect location to explore East Frisia. The apartment absolutely corresponds to the description, Michael also gave us a very warm welcome. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are within walking distance, and you can also walk to the stand in less than 30 minutes, by car in just a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great stay :)

The place completely met my expectations. Since I was there on business for 2 weeks, I felt at home. Very clean place to stay with very friendly hosts.

We spent very nice days in Emden and the surrounding area. The apartment and the roof terrace were so great that we liked to spend most of the evenings of our stay there. Thorsten was a very friendly and accommodating "landlord". We lacked nothing. I would be happy to come back.

We traveled as a family for 4 days to spend a short vacation on the North Sea. The apartment has the perfect location if you are looking for some peace and quiet but also want to be at the sea super fast. There are also many other possible activities that can be easily reached in the vicinity. The apartment was clean and very lovingly furnished. Bedding and towels were provided by the host and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to take good care of yourself. You could park perfectly in front of the house. I would recommend the accommodation without hesitation and would go there again. Last but not least, it can be said that the host was super friendly and was easy to reach in case of problems or questions.

A nice, clean and super well-maintained apartment. Bakeries, shopping and playgrounds are easy to reach. A bike rental is also very close. You can reach many places by bike (Waloseum, various beaches, etc.). The apartment is quietly located. We felt very comfortable! The communication was very friendly!

We really enjoyed our getaway at Sabrina's – especially the quiet location was a real highlight. The space was cozy and fully met our expectations. Sabrina was always friendly, helpful and always responded quickly to our messages. Clear recommendation!

Great, tastefully renovated apartment, quiet location, directly behind the dike. Everything you need, even basic equipment (kitchen/bathroom) very extensive. Communication super fast. Everything great, we hope we can come back soon.
