Die Ferienwohnung "Westwind"liegt im Obergeschoss des Hauses und bietet Platz für bis zu3 Personen. Das besondere HIghlight der Wohnung ist der wunderschöne Ausblick auf den Deich, den man vom Bakon aus genießen kann. Die Wohnung hat eine vollausgestattete Kücheim Landhausstil und bietet alles was man zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen benötigt. Zum entspannen kann man sich in das Wohnzimmer mit dem angrenzenden Balkon zurückziehen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine seperate Essecke und eine gemütliche Sofaeckemit Sat-TV, DVD-Player , IPod-Docking-Station und Stereoanlage mit CD-Player und Radio . Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer in der Ferienwohnung, eines davon mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit Einzelbett. Beide Schlafzimmer sind komplett abdunkelbar. Das helle Badezimmer bietet eine Dusche, Fön und Kosmetikspiegel. Zusätzlich ist noch ein kleiner Abstellraum vorhanden mit einer Waschmaschine, welche gegen Gebühr nutzbar ist. Das Auto kann direkt am Haus geparkt werden und auch Fahrräder können sicher in der Gartenhütteabgestellt und aufgeladen werden. Das Haus bietet eine super Ausgangslage um Greetsiel zu erkunden; der Deich, Hafen, Abenteuerspielplatz und die Oase sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Der Zirkuswagen steht im hinteren Teil des Gartens, gelegen am wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet "Veenhuser Königsmoor" und an der "Deutschen Fehnroute". Der Wagen ist gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie finden im Wagen ein Doppelhochbett, eine Kochzeile sowie zwei gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen. Ein seperates Badezimmer befindet sich im Haupthaus. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zwei idyllische Seen zum Schwimmen. Ideal für Radreisende und Naturliebhaber.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

Experience your vacation at the historic farmstead Ippenwarf. Surrounded by the Fehntjer Tief, the apartment is in a secluded location in the middle of the countryside. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is located about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes.
