The accommodation is so incredibly beautiful and elegantly furnished that you can hardly believe it at first glance. The view of the vineyards, the great sofa, the bed, the kitchen, the fantastic bathroom...all pure luxury and sooo incredibly stylish. Simply a dream. Stefan showed and explained everything to us personally. The lighting control is technically modern and you can enter the apartment with a code, so you can neither lock yourself out nor lose a key. We were very sad when we had to leave and hope to be able to come back soon. (apart from the apartment, you can visit about 200 wineries from Herxheim👍🍷) Thank you for the perfect short break. We spent just under a week at Sandra and Mario's place. The accommodation is spacious, each of our teenage children had their own bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is rural and peaceful, with a small farmer's shop in the village. Gernsheim is a few mins away by car, where you find the usual supermarkets and other amenities, incl a great ice cream cafe. Mario and Sandra were very helpful, responsive and friendly. Thank you.

Very nice apartment. The furnishings and equipment look of high quality and you have everything you need. The couch as an extra sleeping accommodation offers plenty of space and is comfortable. The location for the surrounding bouldering areas is good and communication was always fast & friendly.

Pretty, spacious accommodation. Everything very clean, very good beds, large cozy balcony with real plants. Top kitchen equipment, large refrigerator. Accommodation in the attic. 2nd floor, stairs, no elevator. Parking space available. Fast connection to federal roads and highways, great location to Mainz, Wiesbaden and the Rhine. Highly recommended.

My mother and sister were visiting Lars for a training course. He is a great host, everything worked wonderfully and they also received great recommendations. Glad to come back.

Perfect accommodation in the middle of Mainz for a short city break! Very clean and everything you need is available. We always travel on foot. From here, it works very well. The apartment is very small, but for a short stay in Mainz, where you do a lot anyway, I highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed my stay here. At first, I was concerned about the train tracks being just 10 feet away, but it turned out not to be a problem at all—and actually added a unique charm to the experience. The host’s communication was excellent, and the studio itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-designed. I’d definitely recommend it.

It was a great stay! The apartment was incredibly well equipped, so you could cook/bake very well. In addition, it looks very cozy and the owner is very accommodating. The area is rural and beautiful, so you can only hear the sounds of nature. We enjoyed our stay!

I’d rate it 4.5* but rounding up to 5: very clean, pleasant apartment in a green, peaceful area. I had a lovely morning run and we enjoyed breakfast with a great view from the balcony thanks to the good weather. Two minor points: The beds were very good, but the blankets were oddly short—even my 155cm GF found them small—and the shower was only lukewarm a few times. Communication was mixed: we locked ourselves out once 😖 but it was resolved within 10 min, which was great. However, we didn’t read the hot tub instructions beforehand (our fault), and when I messaged via the app to check if we could still use it, we got no reply. We did receive apologies afterwards—they weren’t notified of the messages, apparently. Overall, still a great stay!

The hosts are super likeable! Communication was excellent and smooth. The apartment is upscale, modern, cozy and furnished with a lot of love. You don't lack anything, you feel right at home. Just arrive, store his belongings in the cabinets or in their desired places, some food in the fridge and feel right at home. The highlight for connoisseurs is the bathroom with spacious jacuzzi bathtub and the sauna located in the bathroom. When you get up in the morning you can hear the birds chirping and you are very close to the outskirts, where you can walk a few minutes on foot in the Ferlder. Beautiful rape fields with the Frankufurter skyline in the distance. The good infrastructure allows you to swarm out in the Taunus in a few minutes to immerse yourself in various forests, hiking trails, etc. I'd love to come back, you can switch off nicely and it feels like a vacation in.

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The place is one of the best Airbnb me and my partner stayed at. The owners are very responsive, and the place it’s self felt like home, there are many positive things in it. Definitely recommended for travelers and hope to come back soon.
