The approx. 28 m² Atelier Galerie Blau has been converted into a cozy duplex-style apartment with a separate entrance and small garden terrace. In the upper area is the sleeping and working level with a double bed of 180 x 200 m. On the ground floor is the dining area with a kitchenette and a sofa, which can be folded out into a sofa bed if needed. Right next to it is the small shower room. A washing machine is also at your disposal.

Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

Ideal for hiking, biking or simply to relax and unwind. Dogs also feel comfortable with us thanks to the many walking paths right outside the front door.
