The place is located in the center of Grimstad with walking distance to cafe, restaurants, harbour and the city beach. Free parking. There is a 15 minutes walk to the University(UIA). Lots of great beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with a double bed, a single bed, a nice TV nook, fridge, kitchenette with kettle as well as a nice little bathroom. In addition the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets are extra NOK 100 per day.

PRIVATE cosy apartment with self-checkin. Late check-in is no problem. Only 7 min. (4.4 km - see pic) drive to/from the ferry terminal. Guests have access to the entire 1st floor with a private entrance. Parking for a car or motorcycle. Two new beds with bed linen included. A 120 cm bed, and a 160 cm SOFAbed. Liten hybel i et rolig område nær Grimstad sentrum. Ett soverom med dobbeltseng (150 cm), samt sovesofa med plass til én til (gi beskjed på forhånd om dette er aktuelt). Badet, med dusj, har tilkomst fra soverommet. Liten kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap, vannkoker og mikrobølgeovn (ikke stekeovn/kokeplate). Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 2 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.

Cozy apartment on beautiful Biodden which is an old town in Grimstad. Quiet area with only 5 minutes walk to cozy city center. The apartment has 1 double bed and a single bed, 2 cozy little living rooms with sofa bed in both bedrooms, kitchen and a private patio with access to barbecue and lovely views. Child-friendly. 5 min walk to shopping center and 10 min to guest harbor, boat rental and idyllic Grimstad city centre. 10 min walk to the University of Agder. Nice and quiet. Space for 1 car in the garage basement. Other parking facility outside. Needs leaflets in the window to park in the condominium parking spaces.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If gps leads you onto a dirt road with a boom, you need to find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from Cycling Route 3. Very fast internet. Bathing area in the river 50 m from the cabin . A lot of hiking trails. Robot boat can be borrowed. A lot of small fish in the river. Don't need a fishing license.

Very calm neighborhood. Close to nice swimming areas and hiking areas. 1.0 km to Joker Holvika, 1.2 km to the Bible school, 2.5 km to UiA, 4 km to the city center and 20 minutes by car to the Zoo. Parking: Space for one car in the carport and one more behind it. Type 2 electric car charger that charges up to 6.4kW. With the adapter one can also charge with regular schuko outlet.
