The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Lieber Urlauber Vergiss deine Sorgen – in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Unser Gästehaus ist ein extra für diesen Zweck geschaffener Neubau. Auf 35 qm findest Du im Haus genug Platz für zwei Personen. Bei schönem Wetter kannst Du es dir auf der großen Terrasse bequem machen. Mit dem Barbara See, dem Gröbener See und dem Gremminer See mit der Halbinsel Ferropolis der Stadt aus Eisen hast Du einige Ausflugziele in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wittenberg Lutherstadt ist auch einen Ausflug wert.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My place is in the municipality Muldestausee in the district Gröbern. Gröbern is a small town with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire surroundings from the Wörlitzer Gartenreich to the Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are also not far away. The new FOC outlet centre can be reached in 25 minutes.

Studio Hugo

Das Studio HUGO bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt – ruhig gelegen am Georgengarten, im Radius von einem Kilometer das Bauhaus, die Meisterhäuser und das Kornhaus erreichbar und doch nur wenige Kilometer von der Innenstadt entfernt. Ob nur für einen Wochenendtrip zum Erkunden der Stadt oder auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, beispielsweise während Ihrer Arbeit in Dessau, lässt es sich im grünen Stadtteil Ziebigk gut leben und entspannen.

Located directly on the main mile in the west of Leipzig, you can walk to almost everything. The trendy district of Lindenau/Plagwitz offers enough activities for a successful weekend. Stroll right in front of the front door along the Karl-Heine Canal, take a canoe tour or indulge in one of the many local restaurants. The highlight of the apartment is clearly the balcony. Enjoy the beautiful view of Plagwitz and of course the sun, if it shines :)

Vom Bahnhof in Röblingen läuft man 10 min zur Wassermühle und dort im großen Garten steht der Bauwagen. Die Wassermühle Röblingen kann man auch im Netz suchen und man findet auf der gleichnamigen Seite auch noch einige Informationen zur Mühle und zum Grundstück. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang, der führt etwas provisorisch durch einen Bauzaun mit einem Vorhängeschloss und dann seht ihr ihn schon auf der Wiese stehen. Dahinter plätschert der Bach.

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.

An idyllic & quiet courtyard awaits you on almost 3000 square meters with a large & fenced garden - consisting of meadows, fruit trees, barns with a view of nature - all for you alone. Between the Dübener Heide & Muldestausee Nature Park you will find bike paths, extensive lakes, forests & lots of peace and quiet. The farm has a large garden, pavilion, pool and open barn.

The location is very central, with a tram and a bus stop right in front of the door, and an Sbahn station 500m away. It only takes you 10 minutes to the center by tram.
