Über die großzügige Terrasse sind es nur wenige Meter zum Sandstrand von Pelzerhaken. Mittelpunkt der Wohnung stellt der große Wohnessbereich mit Meerblick dar, mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Eichen- Esstisch, großem Ecksofa und Flachbildfernseher. Die qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionskochfeld und Stein-Arbeitsplatte verfügt über außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum für sämtliche Einkäufe, damit der Besuch eines der fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants für gutes Essen eine gute Option, keinesfalls aber ein Muss ist. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Our house can accommodate up to 8 people and is located 3 minutes by car from Lehnsahn and 15 minutes from Grömitz. It has a large garden overlooking the horse paddocks and is absolutely quiet. In the middle of Holstein Switzerland, close to the most beautiful beaches, surrounded by equestrian farms, lakes, forests and fields, lies our country house Frida. Linens can be booked.
