Volledige privacy met een eigen tuin van ruim 2.000 m2 en toegang tot het wilde landgoedje van 20.000m2. Op het terrein woont de beheerder. Het vakantiehuis is zo gesitueerd dat u, ondanks zijn aanwezigheid op afstand, helemaal vrij zit. In de omgeving kun je prachtig fietsen, wandelen, vogels spotten en kanoën, in Roden is een 9-holes golfbaan.

The house is on the ground floor and has a spacious garden with a lounge area and a dining table. It is located right next to a supermarket,the Noorderplantsoen (5 minutes walking distance) and very close to the city center (15 minutes). It is also 10 minutes from the university campus. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a build-in bar, a working station, a shower and a bedroom with a lovely soft double bed. The apartment is perfect for a couples getaway, solo-adventurers or small families.

Deze koperen woonark is prachtig gelegen in het Reitdiep, op een steenworp afstand van het mooie Noorderplantsoen in Groningen stad. Terras aan het water met zicht op klassieke schepen van brug tot brug. De monumentale watertoren uit 1912 maakt het beeld compleet. Binnen is het ruim, licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles ruimtes geven zicht op het water. De ark is door een tuin gescheiden van de straat. Binnenstad vlakbij, mooie wandeling langs de Noorderhaven. Supermarkt nabij.

Echter ben je binnen 15 minuten fietsen in hartje centrum van Groningen! Richting het noorden fiets of wandel je zo de natuur in richting dorpen als Zuidwolde en Adorp. Ga je er niet op uit, geniet dan van de fijne pelletkachel. De auto kan gratis geparkeerd worden voor het pand.

Hier vind je de rust en ruimte waar je naar op zoek bent. Mogelijkheden genoeg om mooie dorpjes te verkennen en of de stad Groningen. Op een kleine 17 minuten ben je al in de stad en binnen enkele minuten in het mooie brinkdorp Zuidlaren. Prachtige winkels maar uiteraard ook genoeg etablissementen.

This delightful energy-neutral water villa suitable for 4 till 8 persons, was recently built and located on its own plot with lots of privacy on a peninsula on the Paterswoldsemeer in Haren. The house has a lot of luxury and comfort such as two bathrooms, a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a big dining and livingroom and a beautiful view at the Lake. At the deck terrace you can enjoy the sunsetwith a glass of wine in your hand.

This accommodation is unique to the city of Groningen. You feel the peace! The city center of Groningen is 15 minutes by bike, and in 2 minutes by bike you are in the middle of the nature reserve De Onlanden, the city park or the Hoornse Meer. Deep in the back of our garden, we have converted an old garden house into a guest house. The garden house is fully self-sufficient. Ideal for exploring the city and surrounding area.

Het modern ingerichte huisje ligt aan de rand van Haren en grenst aan een natuurgebied. Het lichte huisje heeft een grote woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar je privé tuin aan het water. Er is een gezellige open haard aanwezig. De ruime keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, in de woonkamer bevindt zich een tv, radio en WIFI. Het huisje heeft twee slaapkamers voor twee personen. Beide slaapkamers hebben een eigen douche.

Magical orange fairytale yurt in a forest (Mimosa)

Our new yurt (Mimosa) is standing. It has a beautiful forest green canvas and handpainted orange decorated inside. Wonderfully cozy and colorfully furnished with a large double bed, a bunk bed and 1 or 2 single beds. It can host 6 people. It has a little sitting area inside and wood stove! Closed by are the compost toilets and the big outdoor kitchen. Just on the other side is the Oase the showers and toilet area.

This (entire!) house is located on water with a magnificent view. The city of Groningen can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The city center of Zuidlaren is easily accessible by bicycle. There are many opportunities to explore the area: walking, cycling or by boat. Our vacation home is located in a nature reserve. The house with lots of privacy is located on a large private property with parking spaces.

Romantic vacation cottage in De Onlanden

Cottage Jasmine has an extensive kitchen with a large stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a luxury bathroom with walk-in shower, separate bedroom with a double bed and a cozy living room with television and cozy pellet stove. Everything is on the same floor in the cottage. In front of the cottage, you have a cozy terrace with a south-facing garden.

Holidayhome at a lake (Groningen)

The house lays in a natural surrounding directly at the lake. If you are into outdoor activities, you will love these surroundings. Hiking, running, biking, around the lake. The motorboat is to rent for the whole period a €35,- a day. Use of house is private, except the presents of my 2 (friendly) cats.
