Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des umgebauten Seitengebäude vom Bauernhof. Grosser Garten mit 2 Ponys an einem kleinen Bach. Wir produzieren Hackschnitzel für die Wärme auf dem Hof hier leben noch 20 Hühner mit täglich frischen Eiern, 4 Ziegen. Unser Hund Jule ist sehr lieb. Eine kleine Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Terrasse,Sitzecke, Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen in Absprache vor Ort, oder zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.

The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, 5 min vom Bahnhof, 10 min vom Marktplatz und 2 min von Feld und Wiesen entfernt. Das Zimmer ist ca. 30 qm groß und hat eine eigene, voll ausgestattete Küche über die man in das eigene Bad kommt. Our modernly furnished apartment with balcony is located on the top floor of our house with great views of the forest, a larger pond on the edge of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house in the garden. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, biking or just relaxing! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour by car. A car is highly recommended - there is hardly any connection to public transport.
